*Update: So my hopes of the Customer service getting better is over. As far as I am concerned this Chick-Fil-A is closed. I went there this morning and order a scramble chicken bone meal with a coffee. I got to work and opened up my hash browns... literally five hash browns in a box. At this point I feel like y'all purposely hiring trifling people. I hope management their understands people comment because of the quality of food and the customer service. At this point I want a full refund. I don't even want the food it's the principal.*
Customer service has gone down a great deal at this Chick-fil-A. It is almost like going to Micky D's. And management doesn't seem to care when you complain about your order being wrong. I am hoping they correct these issues soon.

Great location and all staff is friendly but the eggs always taste spoiled. Don’t order eggs from this location because we always notice a sour taste and smell anytime we get eggs. But everything else is good.

I never have a good experience when I visit this location in the afternoon around 7pm. Morning time is Great for me. However that afternoon staff is different. It’s convenient coming from picking my son up from practice. Rude rude rude from the person taking the order to the ladies at the window. My lid was not on all the way and was leaking. The attitude I got for asking for napkins was not necessary. Fries was cold. I will drive to the Mt. Zion location.

i just left the drive thru & 1) the girl had an attitude… no hello, how are you, what’s your name? no words at all 2) she gave me the wrong order for a person named jay and when i told her my name she demanded i give the food back (she gave me little time to even grab it before she rudely asked) then finally gave me my food. no i’m sorry or nothing. also not a goodbye, thank you, nothing. she was a slim black woman with braids or dreads. terrible customer service, should’ve known better than expecting good service from a tara blvd chick-fil-a 😂
