I always visit this is my favorite Chick Fil A ,Chad ( Definitely ask him to tell you his joke of the day ) , Joe ( Look for the Smile ),Brandy ( Always Bright and chipper) ,Linda , ( reminds you of your Grandmother so act right) Michael ( One of the most distinguished young men you will meet) and the whole crew never disappoint me. The food is ALWAYS FRESH. They are always smiling and give great customer service and care.

I ordered a four count chicken mini and they didn’t even have the chicken up. After not notifying me of a weight all they had to offer me was a regular chicken biscuit. Nothing in Riverdale is decent not the service not the Chick-fil-A not anything.

Frustrated! I had stopped and gotten a chicken biscuit at the CFA in Griffin yesterday before golf. Today, at 10:20am, following a Dental appointment - and I hadn't eaten yet - I decided to get one again at the Jonesboro - Tara Blvd location. So, I arrived in their drive-thru at 10:26. However, especially compared to my experience yesterday in Griffin, this one was incredibly slow. So I finally get up to give my order at 10:33 a.m. and the gentleman tells me that they have switched to lunch and I cannot get a biscuit. I do understand that there's a bit of effort to switch over, but making that a hard and fast rule when they have to know - for whatever reason - their drive-thru is simply slower than most other locations. I asked the gentleman outside to let me speak to a manager, so then he communicated with someone inside and they were able to get a biscuit. This is so frustrating! A multibillion dollar company who's focus has always been exceptional customer service cannot anticipate this scenario? Sadly, they have become one more fast food corporation, it appears! 🙄
