Sat for 10+ minutes waiting to be served (the dwarf house side). Finally had to go up to the counter to get someone to wait on the table. Truett would not have been happy!

My first time EVER at a Chick fil A when the food was nasty! So sad! I ordered about 75 dollars worth of food..taste like it was made yesterday

I don’t use the drive thru because is not your regular chick fil a, the staff working the drive thru feel more like they should work at a McDonald’s or something, rude and unfriendly nonchalant demeanor forces me to walk in instead. Service inside is ok for the most part.

Chick-fil-A in Atlanta was a great experience! The staff was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the people were friendly. Even though I witnessed an accident outside, everything inside the restaurant was terrific.
I’ve been to this location several times, and more times than not, my order is wrong or missing items. I recently placed a group order and ordered six pretzel cheddar club sandwiches to try, and none of them came with the creamy dijon sauce. In fact, I had ordered additional nuggets, strips, and fries, and my entire order was missing condiments. I even placed another order for more strips when I came in for my initial carry out order, and the few sauces I did get for the second order were incorrect. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you’re placing a small order or you’re dining in so you can ensure that your order is correct.
The employees did not seem friendly or inviting. The vibe was different than other locations I’ve been to, and I did not feel welcomed.
I tried to report the issues with my order through the app, and I received a pop-up message saying that I needed to visit the location to get everything resolved.
I won’t be back because I keep giving grace and chances, and I keep getting disappointed. This was the last straw.

The food was absolutely delicious and came out fresh and full of flavor. The customer service was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was clean and comfortable. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be making this stop again!

*Update: So my hopes of the Customer service getting better is over. As far as I am concerned this Chick-Fil-A is closed. I went there this morning and order a scramble chicken bone meal with a coffee. I got to work and opened up my hash browns... literally five hash browns in a box. At this point I feel like y'all purposely hiring trifling people. I hope management their understands people comment because of the quality of food and the customer service. At this point I want a full refund. I don't even want the food it's the principal.*
Customer service has gone down a great deal at this Chick-fil-A. It is almost like going to Micky D's. And management doesn't seem to care when you complain about your order being wrong. I am hoping they correct these issues soon.
ALL CHICK FILA EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. WHOEVER TRAINED THAT WAY, DID AN AWESOME JOB 👌 I EAT CHICK-FILA EVERYDAY.
