Hello, my name is Felicia. I recently moved to the area and visited your restaurant two nights ago around 8:30 PM. I placed and paid for my order before being informed that the restaurant would be closing at 9:00 PM. However, after placing my order, I noticed the restaurant continued accepting phone orders and serving additional customers even after closing time.
I ordered an 8-piece wings combo and crab rangoon. While waiting, I observed my food being placed down briefly and then picked back up within what seemed like only a couple of minutes. At the time, I did not realize this was my order.
When I arrived home, I discovered that the crab rangoon was completely cold and still frozen in the center. The wings were also undercooked, appearing pink and red inside. After attempting to eat the food, I became sick and began vomiting.
I called the store the following day to report the issue and request to speak with a manager or owner. Unfortunately, I was told that no manager was available, and my call was repeatedly disconnected while I was trying to explain the seriousness of the situation. I was met with a lack of professionalism and no concern for my health or safety.
This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Serving undercooked food is a serious health risk, and the way my complaint was handled only made matters worse. I am requesting that this issue be addressed immediately, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be resolved.

I was so saddened hear that the restaurant closed. Due to someone crashing into the building. People can so entitled and rude, but safety first. You can’t eat in a building that is about to collapse, how ridiculous. Never had a bad experience. Their hot and spicy soup is the best in the area.

My first time here and the last. I ordered 3 entrees. The woman who took my order was not very inviting this should have been my first sign. I asked to use the rest room which the young man and the cook I assume his father began speaking in their language and reluctantly said for me to go ahead. I got my food left and drove home upon opening my food an odor immediately hit me I took a bite and the food was horrible. Everyone else had the same reaction. I spent 43 dollars just to throw out. I would never recipe d this place

This lace os gross. Ordered orange chicken instead I got fried flour and ketchup sauce. Won't be going back.
I eat here at least once or twice a week, my food is always good. Anytime I've ever gotten food for someone else they always ask again where it came from. Highly recommend, don't know about the bad reviews, but I Highly recommend

I am not from around here however, I of course looked on Google to see China Wok's reviews. They were good so I decided to go and try them out. I hate i even stepped foot in this place. My food was terrible and the cook and his wife were very rude to me. My food was over cooked and dry. When I tried to explain the Wife went off on me pointing at the no refund policy. I didn't want a refund I wanted my order made over. The cook i guess the husband jumped on the band wagon. What these places need to realize that the customers are what keep a business in business. This business couldn't get a penny of my hard earned money again. So 2 stars for the dry food and no stars for their customer service. My advice is check your meal before you leave. I didn't because I was on my way to work.

Please check your broccoli!! Last week I ordered a boiled broccoli, came home and opened the plate, I threw up, the broccoli was covered with worms, they didn't clean it!!
