Very clean and the kids enjoyed themselves. Staff could use a little help with being more polite but it wasn't bad. I would definitely go again.

Had a good time even tho half of the ride barely worked. It was the first time i seen the trampoline.. didn’t know you had to pay so my kids were jumping .. I go to the restroom and as I’m coming out I see them the manager marching towards the trampoline literally marching as I’m heading towards the trampoline as well. He by pass ALL the adults that was in the area I mean not even eye contact with the other adults near the area… and he then directs MY child off the trampoline. I was 2 seconds behind him so I state “ Hi I’m her mother ! You should say something to the parent and not the child” he smiles I then proceed to say you passed all the adults and approached the child and i didn’t know you had to pay. He then says .. it’s okay. Idk he came off rude.
Definitely changed since I was younger .. grupon has a great deal ....play for 1 hour unlimited games...pizza is just ok nothing spectacular but edible

My experience was disappointing from the time I arrived I can tell a lot had changed in that location. Seems as if they down sized. It was way to many people in there for the amount if games. Customer service didn't exist I wasn't treated at all the lady had a stink look on her face thar was so unwelcoming I had to ask if she was sick. I had to clean off my own table. They have police there who is to busy flirting with the minors to notice things were getting out of hand at the register. My food was trash I ordered to large pizzas, wings, fries, and cotton candy. The pizza has changed but it was decent however the wings taste as if it's going bad and the fries taste unloved. Not sure how you mess up wings and fries but I guess it's possible when you don't try. The restrooms are not the cleaned pee at own risk. I really regret not asking for my money back. All in all, the kids had fun.

I only came to this place because I was bringing my children to a birthday party. Naturally at establishments for children it is going to be crowded and loud so I was prepared for that but I wasn’t prepared for was the long food wait time or the DISRESPECT I received from a young man who clearly needs a reality check! It is sad and I feel sorry for this young man because he obviously has never been taught what human dignity means or how to have it for himself and others. To the young man who was working tonight (9-21-24)behind in the kitchen… Personally I don’t care if you were tired or overwhelmed, sweetheart we all are, but that doesn’t give you the Right to treat a woman much less a woman old enough to be your mother the way that you did. If you are unhappy with the job you are doing then ask God to show you the way to a better life and go back to school and work on yourself, your attitude, and a better education so you can get a better less stressful job. I just want you to know that it was only God himself and HolySpirit that kept me from Cussin’ your little ass out tonight!!!!
To the manager in the blue shirt and the young lady that was in the red shirt helping me “thank you” for your respect and kindness in answering my questions. But that young man you have working for you needs to be either retrained in customer care and positive service or FIRED.
I hate to say it but this is the main reason why I live in Marietta because I thank GOD, don’t have to deal with the utter nonsense and disrespect of people who I am paying to provide me with a service. Do Better! Peace & Respect ✌🏾💚

Ms.Rhonda was the best and made sure my kids had an amazing birthday party. The way she stepped in and handled the situation so effortlessly made me feel valued as a customer. Not only that, I watched her interact with other customers and she was patient with them as well. My twin boys had a great 7th Birthday! Thank you again Ms. Rhonda!! Someone please give her a pay increase!!

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here this past weekend. Everything was so unorganized and some of staff were very unwelcoming. They overbooked the parties for 4pm; it got crowded fast. No one communicated that to us, they just chose tables to split up and went from there. Mr. Cheese came out 15 minutes late. The cake took a while to come out. My son never got to go into the ticket blaster. Everything was just a complete mess. Special thanks to Briana. She was running around trying to make sure everyone was taken care of as much as possible. I hate that we couldn’t get a reservation at the Fayetteville location.

Have been coming here for years. Was a really good Chuck E. Cheese, now it just seems neglected. I used to feel safe coming here and letting my kids run around and play on their own, but the last time came there was no one controlling access and anyone was able to get in and any of the kids could just run outside if not supervised by parents.

With Arcades not being a big deal anymore it was and is great to see children having good old fashion fun! Although the prices were much higher than they were when we used to go, it was very fun to see my two year old grandson having fun with the other children.

Everything was good... Until closing. NOT ONCE did anyone announce they were about to close. They just cut us off in the middle of a game and turned the lights off. Now we know why Fayetteville had the higher rating. Also.... Why are the same prizes priced higher at this location? Without the play pass, there's no way it would be worth it.

Chuck E. Cheese is NOT like how it used to be back in the day! This place is WAY too expensive, now! For the amount of money you spend there, things/service should be a whole lot better. The soft drink machine had no carbonation, and when the issue was reported, it was like the staff did not care. They claimed to be out of large size pizzas and had no specials that included medium pizzas, but about an hour later, we see someone walk by with a large pizza. Even the salad bar is expensive! And why is it set up to where you have to pay to play the games according to minutes? Just let the kids play......it's a place FOR kids. And let's NOT talk about Chuck E.! Those kids waited all that time to see him and because they wanted hugs or touched him......this bootleg mascot just abruptly up and left right after the birthday song! Who does that? Yeah.....probably will NOT be returning here. I feel like this place is a rip-off now.
