Because the Service that the manager served us was horrible and most of the games wasn’t working and I Recommend that you don’t go there cause it’s horrible over there
Do not book a party here. I booked a party on November 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM, and it was the worst party experience I’ve ever had. The party host only dropped off the pizza and soda at our table and never came back to assist with anything. I’ve never been to a party where you have to wait in line at the front counter for every little thing — that defeats the whole purpose of booking a party package. There was no help, no coordination, and no effort to make the event enjoyable or organized. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

It was clean and the kids had fun, but we had my daughter's bday party here. They had one host doing all 6 parties at once and she ignored us, argued with us about what we purchased and didn't want to bring the kids their goody bags. She didn't seem to know anything about what she was supposed to do and didn't give any information or direction. There were at least 3 to 5 other employees just standing around talking instead of helping and she had to ask questions about how to host the party from them. No one checked to make sure anyone was leaving with the right kid either. I've never had that happen at any location. The whole point of getting the same hand stamp as your kid is to keep you and your children safe. Worst place ever!
