My family and I had a great time while at the location. Food was good and games were fun. The only concern was there not being anyone at the door when we came but other than that we had a good time.

It was clean and the kids had fun, but we had my daughter's bday party here. They had one host doing all 6 parties at once and she ignored us, argued with us about what we purchased and didn't want to bring the kids their goody bags. She didn't seem to know anything about what she was supposed to do and didn't give any information or direction. There were at least 3 to 5 other employees just standing around talking instead of helping and she had to ask questions...

Salad bar was AMAZING!! Service was Excellent!!
Asked about the socks for jumping and was told the were TEN DOLLARS PER PAIR!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! If my kids are jumping they are not playing games and earning points to buy items. They should be $2.00 max!! Huge rip off. How do you tell a 4yo the socks are too expensive for her to jump with her friends. Do better Chuck corporate!!
