The donuts are nice little treat for the kids. I purchased the mango green tea refresher several times while in the area. I ordered a large and received a medium several times which was disappointing. Most cashiers do not seem overly friendly. I would even go as far to say that at one of the locations the staff was disrespectful.

I was having a rough morning and stopped by DD to grab and coffee and breakfast sandwich before work. When I received my ice coffee I could tell by the color it wasn’t what I wanted. Aniya the cashier asked for me to “taste it to see what I thought”. I did and told her it was “too sweet”. She said she would remake it and asked for me to pull forward. I drove to a spot and before I could even get settled she came out with another coffee and asked for me to try it. It was great! Aniya has great customer service and positive attitude! She is a great reflection of what DD represents and made my morning better!

Every time I order food vua drive thru, croissant usually, it is never tasty. Soggy bread and runny egg. The guy cashier had a snotty nose and snotty attitude the last time and couldn't get my coffee right.

Stopped in here after leaving my car dealership nearby. I ordered my coffee maybe 3 minutes in advance. When I waked in, the coffee was ready. It was on a late Saturday morning, btw. Seemed like they had ten people in there working, there were so many.

Disappointing feature not allowing us to opt for ZERO stars. I don’t normally review places at all and I’m glad some of y’all in the area have been satisfied with this location but all of my visits have been trash, coffee that just tastes like sugar, coffee that just tastes like water…..I will never understand, aren’t employees trained to make these drinks and food items on the menu?? Meaning isn’t there a cheat sheet or recipe to follow when make these drinks??

The owner cant seem to keep liquid cane sugar in stock. Ive been twice to this location in the last week for them to be out of an essential item. As an owner you should know what inventory you need especially if you keep running out. Today is Monday so all Tuesday customers are SOL until Wednesday SMFH

Worst Dunkin’ ever I go get coffee almost everyday day from different locations this one has the worst customer service it’s like you are bothering them when you order it’s all attitude at 7 am in the morning is crazy . I was told my sandwich is not suppose to be hot to give someone cold cheese and bacon and tell me whatever it’s not suppose to be cold is insane . Why not have the same energy you have in your interview and it’s like this always
