I saw that they are finally open in the neighborhood and I wanted to come to support. Apparently their service is running extra behind which I am fine and understandable. However, if you’re going to get my order wrong and have me pay for it then please check and make sure everything is correct. I told the young gentleman that he was missing my donut order and he want to have a fit because his crew is running behind and not checking the orders. How are you going to get mad at me for missing my order that you input it in the system and you was the one that spoke to the intercom and I am going to stop and tell you before I moved out the drive thru line. Talking about I’m holding up the line when there was already five cars ahead of me and I’ve been waiting. SMH.

This location/owner apparently has a policy that they will NOT remove meat from a sandwich when requested. Tried to order a bacon egg and cheese bagel, NO bacon and they refused. They also charge for a cup of water. Very poorly run and managed establishment.

I have visited this particular location 3 times for coffee plus I am a food delivery driver so I pick up food from here as well daily . For this to be a new location the staff behind the counter sucks. I was here yesterday in morning to pick up a customers order. The guy that is to the left always making food is terribly rude with a bad ass attitude. I watched him throw food and tickets in the garage, cursing and very disrespectful. I've seen this from this guy multiple times. The young light skinned girl in front counter with long twist is the only ? smile you will see. Don't order mobile orders from this place , your best to go in person and watch your food being made. I usually don't take time to review but this was a very bad experience. I'm definitely getting names next time I go.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. Twice my order was incorrect. Ordered a large hot caramel macchiato with whip cream and drizzle. They forgot the whip cream and drizzle. Tried to fix it instead of making a new one. I insisted on a new drink which they messed up. Waited an additional 15 minutes for burnt coffee. Don’t waste your money here.

This is now my go-to place when I have to drive from North to South Atlanta in the early afternoon, work for a few hours, and then go to a rehearsal. Perfect to work there, drink coffee, have a snack, grab munchkins for the band, and head out. Cold brew is yummy! People are nice. Only minor issue is their drive thru signal is painfully loud, but that's what a noise cancelling headset is for.

Received a latte without the espresso returned it back to the store and upon arriving a male with his pants hanging under his bottom looked up from his phone and said, "yeah, what's the problem". Horrible!!!! I will never spend my $$$ where decent respect is not provided!!!
