The owner cant seem to keep liquid cane sugar in stock. Ive been twice to this location in the last week for them to be out of an essential item. As an owner you should know what inventory you need especially if you keep running out. Today is Monday so all Tuesday customers are SOL until Wednesday SMFH

Worst Dunkin’ ever I go get coffee almost everyday day from different locations this one has the worst customer service it’s like you are bothering them when you order it’s all attitude at 7 am in the morning is crazy . I was told my sandwich is not suppose to be hot to give someone cold cheese and bacon and tell me whatever it’s not suppose to be cold is insane . Why not have the same energy you have in your interview and it’s like this always

This Dunkin is trash.. says they open at 5, you pull up no one answers the call box.. when you can actually order, they’re dropping your food on the counters & still bagging it like you can’t see them & their donuts are always stale! Do better Mt. Zion
I asked for a single shot brown shaken espresso you were telling me you can’t pull a single shot from your machine. That is pathetic maybe stop being lazy and actually do what somebody told you to do.

This is the slowest Dunkin’ I have ever been to, I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes total for my order, 20 inside the store. The employee have no sense of urgency and when there was a large crowd of people looking for their drinks. They got angry with customers helping other customers read the names on all the sweating sitting drinks. My ice was half melted and my food was cold by the time I got it

I ordered a Brown sugar shakin espresso.... It's was disgusting. The worst, I've ever had, it tasted like water with a sprinkle of coffee and lots of me, Brown sugar syrup. I will continue to go to my normal spot on Jonesboro Road in Lake City.
