New to the state never had Dunkin donuts but this was my first and last time very disappointed in the service I had yesterday morning. I came in walked to register a young man just ignored me wouldn't even acknowledge or make eye contact and just walked off not sure if it was due to me recording for my YouTube channel but I was shocked . A lady then took my order she was very nice I let the incident with the young man slide but then after I ordered my drink I waited 15 mins i noticed people who ordered after me were getting there drinks from the pick up order table I looked at the drinks and mine was not there. I noticed a cup by the registers I didn't think it was mines because no one called my drink or order and that's not where the drinks were being placed when done I just so happened to walk up and I asked if this is my drink the lady said yes and walked off. Not sure if training or district manager visits need to be made but the service and experience was absolutely horrible

Good morning, Dunkin’ Donuts is definitely my go to place for a nice hot cup of coffee but, the coffee wasn’t that great today. My coffee today was luke warm and definitely not hot & definitely not sweet enough. Today it seems like I didn’t get coffee from a fresh pot which was very disappointing. I’m might have to switch to another provider if the inconsistency continues.

I normally use their drive-thru and the outside is not riddled with trash or decay. My service is always good. Since I use mobile order, it’s always ready with no mistakes.

Was doing a door dash order was in there literally for 15 mins. Nobody acknowledged me when I went to the pick up area. When I tried to get someone’s attention everyone acted as if they couldn’t hear me especially the lady with the pink hair - and kept doing what they were doing. I went to the front counter for help and she sent me back over to the pickup area. I informed her I’ve been sitting there and could get no help. She ended up helping me, but acted as if she had an attitude about it.

I won't be coming here anymore. The cashier got mad at me because I pointed out that she touched my money then proceeded to touch my donut with the same gloves. She huffed then started talking under her breath. Why would that cause an attitude? I didn't say it with a nasty tone or anything. Money is full of bacteria. I used to work in food service and we all should know better.

Have always had issues with this Dunkin'. Ordering over the phone is pointless, last time I did it I was very specific about my order and told them my man was going to pick it up for me, then they tell him I never ordered over the phone. The location they are set up in isn't ideal either, nor do they put as much effort as they should into making your drinks, they usually end up wrong in some way. You're better off going to the one only a mile and a half away on Mt. Zion Rd.
