Fireside Jamaican Restaurant

I just picked up half pan of curry goat I ordered. I told the person behind the counter my order was GOAT and he had it ready in front of him. It looked and smelled like curry so I headed home. Turns out it was curry chicken. I called they said bring it back and pick up correct order. No offer to compensate for his error. I should've looked at my order true but a little customer service would've been nice. Afterwards, I thought it was probably not sanitary to resell a half pan of food that was taken home by a customer. Nevertheless, work on your customer service. It goes a long way. Wish y'all the best though.

This place get worse and worse each year . How do you want me to pay full price for two plates and because I don't want dumplings you going to give me less food for the same price! Make it make since . This was the last straw. I will no longer return here 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The service was terrible. The man who served me acted like I was taking up his time ordering food. Grunting standing there like I was the problem…I was ready to walk off if it wasn’t for my other coworker also ordering. The food??? It was recommended by a coworker, she brought it the first time to work and it was good. Maybe she special cause, going up there myself and buying it is two different story. The food was not great. Barely seasoned and no jerk sauce. The oxtail sauce was okay but the rice was overnight. I wasted my money for the night, but to eat your own. The experience didn’t make me feel good to go back. I hate feeling like that.

The cashier/food handler , her name is Yanique. She has great customers service, she's patient and work with us as customers without attitude, unlike most of the others.👍🏻 compensate her.

They advertise vegan options, but they really don’t have any. Side note….. fish is NOT a vegan option!

Food tasted old and flavorless. Customer service was bad.. the lady had a bad attitude and was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend or come back..

I really had a craving for Jamaican food I always go to this restaurant and order my food but due to transportation I decided to order in I will never in my life do it again I will not advise anyone to get their food delivered from this restaurant as they do not give you your full servings I paid $43 to be exact for one plate only to get this how disappointed I am and for them to say there's nothing they can do that is it poor customer service your food is not that good for this type of treatment

Horrible horrible experience. I went here for my Sunday dinner for a Fried Snapper plate and a chicken patty to go. I get home to feed my kids and I; the chicken patty is hard as a rock, the “pre fried” snapper was dry as a desert.
I call myself holding in to the chicken patty to take back to the restaurant the very next day and to address my concerns with a manager.
The lady stated “I didn’t work yesterday so I don’t know what you’re talking about and the manger isn’t here. What you want me to do?” She said that I could leave my number for the manger and she would call me back the next day. Well, it’s been days and I haven’t not heard anything back. The lady that took my information DID replace my chicken patty with a beef patty🙄

Everytime you come for breakfast they are never open on time, they only have some items ready. No courtesy for working Americans. Right now they're not open people standing outside
