I ordered on doordash today & my food was not sealed which was extremely upsetting ! Someone could touch my food because it’s just open and available. I will not be ordering again !

Jonesboro’s finest! I had to spend a few hours on this side of town today and had the pleasure of finding Fresh Smoothie Cafe when I searched up Vegan restaurants. As an orthodox vegan with a sensitive stomach it’s so important for me to find healthy options with fresh ingredients, and this restaurant delivered. Fresh, and absolutely delicious. I was able to enjoy a quiet afternoon and get some work done. I appreciate the owner and staff for bringing this to the community :)

I’ve been here several times for smoothies and salads. Today I tried the salmon burger on the Hawaiian roll with sweet potato fries and it was so delicious! So good I forgot to get a picture. I don’t know why I’ve never tried it before. I definitely will be back to have it again. I love the variety of options they have especially for adding to smoothies.
Was looking for a smoothie after a long walk in a nearby park. This place popped up on my maps and this was my first time ever seeing this place considering I live about 10 mins away. I ordered a hulk smoothie (pineapple juice, mango and spinach) and it was really tasty and fresh! Decided to also try their black bean burger. That was delicious and fulfilling as well. I will become a frequent customer whenever I’m in the mood for something healthy and fresh that is not a National chain.The owner was really friendly and kind. Glad this place is in the area…Keep it up!

Such friendly staff. The order kiosk wasn’t working but she helped me place my order. The medium smoothies are a large size! The sweet potato fries were so good and a small was perfect for one person. The dip that came with it was awesome. They do have a big sign saying WE ARE NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. They prepare everything to order so it’s fresh. The menu is big print and easy to read and clearly marked what is vegetarian and vegan. Great place for vegetarians and vegans

I have supported this place forever, I even spoke with a man who was working there and he was so sweet and they gave me a couple of complementary items they dash but today the girl Naima on the phone was horrible, her attitude was rude. I asked for a manager she was very dry and nonchalant, I let her know they sent me sour lemonade that I always order, this lemonade is clearly soiled And you can smell it. There’s also some type of residue seed at the bottom of the drink and that’s never been the case, I literally have pictures of every time I ordered here because at one point I ate here for a week straight. I had to call them and let them know they are doing the thing , and keep up the good work !! But when I told her she said what… That lemonade was just made today so I’m confused! Girl excuse me??? I will be calling back to speak with a manager. I don’t have to lie about a three dollar drink, it’s clearly old! But I’ll bring it by to let you smell it Naima. Ridiculous! And then she hung up lol this took place around 1:43 7/13. I ordered this lemonade all the time and again I have pictures of how it looks it never has came with any type of seeded stuff at the bottom. Just went back this isn’t seeds or pulp— idk what it is. April 22 is when I tagged them in my story and they reposted. I ate there April like 20-24 back to back, I told the man who answered yall gonna be sick of me cause imma keep ordering and he laughed, so the fact that Naimas cx service was so horrible, unacceptable. I don’t even leave reviews, but this is needed.
Update to 3:45ish o’clock—— store owner Carlton called, I’m very pleased with how he has rectified the situation, even just listening. Not to mention, the callback was extremely quick. I will continue to eat here. I will also up my stars. The food is made with love and the management team is very genuine and friendly. Thanks again!
