I had the pleasure of trying Greedyman’s out of their truck at a catered lunch event, and although the menu was limited, the selection of apple smoked rib tips, wings, fried fish and a veggie burger was a nice variety. The apple smoke was a bit sweet for my taste but very well cooked. The fried fish was a little small but the breading perfect. The mac and cheese is excellent.
We went here for the first time tonight AND WE WILL BE BACK! Possibly tomorrow! =) The rib tips were tender and juicy, and the sauce is thick, sweet, savory and smoky. AMAZING. Also the turkey bacon potato salad is the best I’ve ever tasted in my life, hands down! It’s not sweet at all, it’s savory in a way I can’t even describe — but I could eat a whole bowl of it and nothing else! TRY THIS PLACE!
Sadly wish yall were open more. You have the best food but I can rarely catch you. I just have to look thru old text messages to find the name. Hopefully yall boom because you deserve more visibility
