The wings were not pleasant and I asked for extra crispy and they were flabby skin, not cooked fully. The tex-mrx nachos were good though.

One word: roaches. Service was fine, wings were wings. Towards the end of our time small roaches were crawling on the table. Manager came and apologized. Roaches (multiple) on the table though…unacceptable.

Ordered delivery last night. Baja shrimp tacos, Guinness fish and chips, keylime pie, chocolate mousse cake and two drinks. Paid over $60 bucks for trash food. Boyfriend but in Theo and fish and said it tasted like oil. I tried some and my mouth could only taste oil. Curly fries were old too. He just threw it away as it was not edible. No condiments either for the meal. Baja shrimp tacos had tiny tough shrimp inside and the amount is laughable for the price. I tasted more cabbage than actual shrimp. The tortilla shells were touch and crunchy. Only good thing about the meal was the dessert and the drinks.
I can see why Hooters is having to file for bankruptcy. The economy is just a small part of the problem. Went today in Jonesboro Georgia with a small party of 8 to celebrate a birthday. The waitress was really nice however the service was slow. Took over an hour to get wings & appetizers as meals. Total we had 7 orders of curly fries & only one actually had normal size fries or even pieces of fries. Everyone else's look like the scraps off the bottom of the bag literally every piece of fry was no more than a 1/4 of an inch long. However the wings were pretty tasty & the sliders were really good but made wrong. We only ordered 1 Margarita that took 25 minutes to get & then when we ordered 1 more after 20 minutes we finally had to ask about it & the waitress said she had to get liquor out the back. Out the back of what? The Distribution Center? The store isn't that big & it was almost completely dead other than us which is sad considering the race was 10 miles down the road. I know this doesn't affect many people but there were no benches or chairs or anything when you come in the door & we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table & I'm disabled & can't stand for long periods of time $ no one offered me a chair even seeing me limp with my cane. if you do nothing else please fix the women's bathroom door. The item you need is called a closer and it's about $70 at Home Depot. That door slams so loud & scared so many people every time it would slam which was completely unnecessary for a simple fix.

Took 45 mins to get appetizer of mozzarella sticks. Food took an hour and fifteen mins. Had to go to the bar and order my own beer once because the waitress hadn’t been back to our table in 20 mins. Ordered another beer, watched the bartender pour it and left it sitting there for another 15 mins before I went and grabbed it myself. Our food sat at the ready counter for about 15 mins, was cold & stale by the time we got it.
Most of our frustration was tied to our server who did a terrible job and was tipped accordingly. I typically tip very well. Not tonight.

I travel to mean plants for our company Atlanta being one and always going to hooters I'll say here is the worst we waited 45 min for appetizer and never got it 30 mins on a beer with only 11 people u total in the the place very poor service i will never go back
