Improving communication skills, maintaining a courteous demeanor, and adhering to service expectations would benefit the guest experience and the team⊠I am writing to express concern regarding the conduct of one of the servers during our recent visit. The waitress declined to serve us and spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner, both to our table and to other customers. Came in yesterday night with my husband & daughter. We arrived around 6:30, & was immediately seated. Server (aria I think) took 15 mins to take our drink order & 30 more mins to take our food order & seemed to be in a rush. She never even came back to check on us or let us know our food would take long. A table that came in after us, had their food & was done eating by the time our appetizers came out, which they were cold. Finally our wings came out after over an hour of us being there & the whole order was wrong. The wings were dry & cold. Essentially we walked out & left food untouched on table. By that time it was about 8:30pm & we had to find somewhere else to go eat. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I was just there tonight , so we waited 30 minutes to be seated for seated , drink tasted like water cancelled drinks and ordered a different drink waited a whole hour still no drink , also our waitress disappeared we didnât have anyone serving us , shrimp came out overly friend and hard no sauce , burger was dry thrown together , the girls that work there are more interested in flirting with the guys that come to dine in , rather than taking care of customer , the short guy I think the manager hung at the bar didnât come around asking how was everything TERRIBLE SERVICE WE COULDNT EVEN EAT THERE WORSE SERVICE EVER

Service sucks food sucks and hooters sucks, use to be my favorite but after tonight I will never come back again. Youâve been warned!

I have so many reasons on why not to come over here but here we goâŠ.
Iâd like to start off on how bad the service was. Our waitress wasnât bad but man she canât do her job. She was constantly going to other tables even tho we had the most orders. Like arenât you there to make a buck? Cater me before going to the same person thatâs on the same beer for the past 5 hours.
Cooks look like they didnât want to do their jobs. There was only one cook that actually did his job. But even then he looked like he was ready to go.
And the foodâŠ. manâŠ.. I got 10 piece wings , medium, I repeat, medium. The wings looked like they were dipped in butter and fried.
And man let me tell you about that sorry manager that was there. Short guy didnât even look like he wanted to be there. Only hung with the only people that was there to watch football. I mean you canât help the waitresses out and fulfill the orders weâve been waiting for an hour? He kept going back to serve more beer for the guys that was there to watch football.
Maybe Iâm just thinking and maybe Iâve should have went another day, but I can see why majority of hooters are closing down. Definitely need to step up.
