I stopped in to get a tuna sub on Monday 4/5 about 12:25pm. First, the appearances of the young men serving the food were of concern. But I didn't want to prejudge. Even though they were in uniform...., they just didn't look clean enough to be preparing food. Second, another young man parked his car, came in the front door, and was buttoning his Jersey Mike shirt smelling like he just smoked pot in his car.. He immediately went behind the counter to check the bread warming rack without washing his hands. Now my tuna salad sub, which I couldn't finish, had way too much mayo. And unfortunately for me I realized that evening that maybe the tuna salad, on my sub had not been kept cold enough because it made me very so sick that night and all the next day.

We love Jersey Mike's Subs. We almost always dine in so our food won't get cold. Our favorite is Jersey Mike's Philly cheesestake. Yum!

I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s in Lovejoy, Georgia! From the moment I walked in, Anthony and Avery made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and friendly attitudes. Their customer service was exceptional—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and that I had a great experience.
Not only was the food fresh and delicious (as always!), but the atmosphere was incredibly inviting thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Anthony and Avery. If you're looking for a spot where the staff genuinely cares about making your visit enjoyable, this is the place! Highly recommend this location!

I would never thought I would ever in my life. Write a bad review about a Jersey Mike’s that I visited until today. The customer service was horrible when I walked in. I literally waited 10 minutes. No one was there to greet me and when the guy finally came out he didn’t even greet me. He simply asked. Do you know what you want so then I said first of all how are you doing?
I have more to say, but I think I wrote enough about my experience already at this location and with that said I would never ever come here again. This guy had a bad attitude.

On a Wednesday evening I ventured out to Jersey Mike's Subs ... it has been a while since I've eaten from any Jersey Mike's.
From the moment I walked in until leaving (to go order) ... the atmosphere the two employees working was smooth and copacetic ...
Not to mention, the store was clean and has an A rating.
I devoured the entire sub in one setting because it was delicious! 👏
Good for you all! Great for me!

Ok, I've come to this location several times with a smile because this is who I am. Each visit the heavy set fella with the glasses, who drives a black car.... I know this because I arrived once and he wasnt in yet and the staff was pleasant, but as soon as he stepped in the young man who was polite, caught an attitude...smh.... . This guy most definitely sets the tone of this environment. He doesn't smile, his tone is not friendly though, I think he tries once it's noticed that customers notice his offensive approach. I think this man hates his job. Sir, please find your purpose in life that allows you to be the best version of you because this line of business brings out the worst of you and shame on those who keep you trapped in the mindset that has you to believe your behavior is ok or even professional. Peace and Blessings Mr. Mean man, I hope your purpose finds you soon.

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's. I like thar they slice the meat in front of you sbd that the condiments aren't hidden. Thus was a real sub, not a salad on bread. Bye

Me and my husband frequent this location quite a bit and are always impressed by the service. They are always extremely pleasant and the food is consistently good. Braheen and Avery were amazing. We are appreciative of them and recommend that y’all visit this location!

Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich place... Lettuce tomatoes pickles yk all that good stuff to make a appetizing salad or #14 veggie sandwich.

Should be ZERO STARS!!!!!! Horrible, just horrible customer service. What a horrific way to represent the company! Got treated with an annoyed and severe attitude when I asked for a couple of moments to decide what I wanted. Mind you there was no one in the store. Then, when they were asking what I wanted on the sandwich they spoke so low and mumbled I had to ask repeatedly what they were saying. To which again I got attitude. I gave a tip thinking that that would help, NOPE. Still with the bombastic side eye with the distainful "thank you and enjoy your food". I was kind and patient because one is ALWAYS nice when someone else is preparing my food. But let me tell you, I understand why people say that young folks don't want to work, because these employees this day were showing they didn't want to be there, but they want that check for treating your customers badly. I will return to this location, to see if there is improvement. But seeing the other reviews from YEARS ago and having this experience today, I highly doubt it.
