Ordered online a ham,turkey,swiss with mayo on wheat, and don't cut the sandwich. Arrived cut and with NO Swiss, so if you want a sub made their way, not yours, this is the shop for you. I have to take it home to make it right since they can't.

The two guys at the Lovejoy location made our sandwiches with old, HARD AS A ROCK, bread and would not take accountability for doing so. And instead of offering a refund immediately, he stated that he had to take down my husband’s information and then said that all of the bread would be just as hard if he had to make another sandwich for us and attempted to sway my husband from requesting him to remake the food. Truly disappointed in our experience at this location and this appears to be a common thing in the Lovejoy area. Not only will we discontinue our services at this location but we will share the word to everyone that we know in order to ensure that others do not have to endure the same terrible experience.

This dude is cutting the bread, and the meats is using the same gloves he’s cutting with everyone and touches everything.I asked him politely “hey, would you mind changing your gloves”He dismissed meThen told me “I am not fixing your sandwich. I’m fixing their sandwich”So you gonna continue to be nasty and not even know who you talking to but he got attitudeUnsanitary and unpolite.Not gonna say disrespectful because he wasn’t.But, changing your gloves to be clean.Shouldn’t be difficult to do.

No matter the time of day the day of the week no matter if its a long line or if you are the only person in line....expect to wait. The staff working here are slow they do not move with a purpose. Dont waste your time coming here.
The only place I know that charges for a stupid cup of ice then had me waiting in line just to tell me that instead of letting me know when I initially told them what I was there for !

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH APP: This is the second time this store has cancelled my order without refunding my money or giving me a call back. This has become a pattern at this location, I do not have this issue anywhere else. They are accepting mobile orders through the app, not completing the orders and not refunding customer’s their money. This store needs to be investigated. I should not have to contact cooperate every time I don’t receive my order just to get my money back. AND I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK FROM COPERATE ALL THEY GAVE WAS POINTS to rebuy the sandwich later. The points didn’t equal the money spent because I still had to repay the delivery fees and tip that was never refunded. Each time they say to contact door dash, my order was NOT placed with DoorDash, I have no doordash receipt or order number. My money was paid to JERSEY MIKES through the app so I can get my reward points. Jersey mikes did not make my order and multiple drivers attempted to pick it up to no avail. They didn’t even have the decency to offer me to pick up the order because it was never made. They are collecting money through the app and not preparing the orders or refunding customers. How much money are they collecting on delivery orders that are never delivered or refunded.
