My recent visit to KFC was **by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had**. Not only was the chicken inedible, but it had a **strong chemical smell and taste**—like cleaning products or something unnatural. The odor was so intense that it **burned my nose** when I tried to eat it.
I took one bite and immediately knew something was wrong. The flavor was **bitter and artificial**, nothing like real chicken should taste. Shortly after, I **threw up**, which confirms that whatever was on that chicken **was not safe to eat**. I don’t know if it was contaminated with cleaning chemicals, spoiled oil, or some other hazardous substance, but it was **clearly not normal**.
This goes beyond just bad food—it’s a **serious health hazard**. How does a major chain like KFC serve something that smells and tastes like poison? I’m honestly shocked and disgusted. **Never eating here again**, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to risk getting sick too.

The guys at this location don’t want to work. I waited on the side of the building for 30 mins, when an employee finally came to the door it’s what you ordered, it’s only 2 cars parked waiting on food. I tell him my order, he said I thought he made that already, I’ll be right out with the order. I proceeded to wait another 15 mins for the food to come out. The lobby was empty, I’m so curious as to why it took this long for a 12 piece of chicken to come out. This why I travel to fayteville.

Poor management, it took 15 mins for 2pc meal and the meal was lukewarm. One employee was serving drive-thru and counter customers. The manager could have stepped in by came out only when told, a refund was request. She prepared the meal and returned to office.

This KFC location is an absolute disgrace! It seriously needs to be shut down or completely overhauled with new management. I've given this place more than one chance, and each visit has been worse than the last. The STAFF are consistently rude with terrible ass attitudes, the customer service is downright awful, and the entire place is filthy. On top of that, the food is either cold, undercooked, or just plain nasty — and they can never seem to get a simple order right. It’s honestly embarrassing how poorly this location is being run.

I only waited just to see how ignorant they were willing to be. Ordered at 7:58pm and I just left at 9:10pm!!!! On this day April 1 2025 I strongly suggest you DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Always at least a 30 minute wait here. If you order in the drive through they pull you around to wait. If you order inside you wait. The point is you wait and you pay a premium for this chicken.

I ordered 3 pieces, mac n cheese, and a side of gravy. The worst order i ever got from KFC, the chicken, was like dough not done. The mac n cheese burnt looks like they scraped from the bottom of the pan with a soda top on it and my side of gravy with a soda top on it, too. The gravy and mac n cheese were spilled all over the food and my box. I had to rinse the containers off.Terrible. I have been calling, and no one, and they just pick the phone up and hang it up.

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes with a water i did not get the mashed potatoes they didn't put them in the bag and the water was already opened like someone had drunk out of it. Worse service on Tara Blvd. I will not go back to that one. Too Ghetto.
This KFC is the WORST and no one cares. I have made aa few trips here and there is never any original chicken, you are not allowed a refund even if you have not received the food. Some of the staff are rude. This store is in need of better structure and customer service skills. I received my food almost 5 minutes after I ordered it and I am unsure of eating it at this point. I have never experienced this type of service from KFC, and I will not continue to give my hard earned dollars to not being able to have what I ordered and rudeness.

Paid for a family had to wait about 20 minutes. Once I got the food it was the wrong order. When I question them about the order they got an attitude. On top of that after waiting 20 minutes, the food was still cold

Food was nasty ....asked the manager for fresh chicken and I was told it was fresh.when I ask to trade it out for a chicken pie she tried to charge me for it ....this was a waste of my time and money ..now I'm going to the waffle house after this nasty chicken.

Not only did I wait 35 minutes being the only person in the drive through, they got our orders wrong 3 times! Wrong drinks, wrong sides, wrong meat. They did not have any nuggets made, were out of green beans and sauces. I went inside after the long wait and watched the manager making food with no gloves. She was rude and made me pay extra for white meat only when we requested this and have already waited for longer than we should. Proceeded to grab the smallest grossest looking breast I have ever seen out of 7 trays of chicken for what? to be Petty? Judging by past reviews corporate should REALLY look into this location. Atrocious customer service.
