Worst Kfc This Is The Last Time Ill Come To This Location Its Always A Issue I Constantly Have To Return To Have My Order Fixed The Management Very Poor inexperienced tonight i came to order the 10$ meal deal breast leg thigh wing after i drove all the way home and noticed he gave me two thighs and two wings i come back to correct it and asks me at the speaker Ooo You Didn’t want Dark Meat 🙄 Excuse Me Sir i want the meal how it comes and i definitely only ordered it because of the breast when he asked that question it was clear that it was a deliberate act probably didn’t want to cook it however if it wasn’t available for that reason or whatever reason you could’ve simply told me giving me wat u wanted me to have versus what I ordered and when I came back, he didn’t even have the decency to offer me a beverage or anything for the inconvenience. Come to the window smelling like weed clearly high he tells me to pull up 14 minute wait for the chicken after i sat there close to 20 he prepared another order sends some rude chunky lady out to tell me he forgot about my order and he didn’t have any wings he gave them to a car that came after mines i told him to just take a wing out of the box of chicken i had just returned which was essentially waste if im not mistaken This is not the first time with this location, But it’s definitely the last for me pathetic And KFC Definitely poor representation of your company

This location needs to be SHUT DOWN, or placed under new management . They really should be a shame at how this place is operating. The chicken tenders does not taste like real meat, it was very soggy and spongy . The fries were half cooked . Some of the chicken nuggets were not cooked all the way through . This is awful !

I spent almost a whole half hour picking up 2 orders 3 chix fingers cold French fries 4peice chix dinner Med tea Pot pie Got food home and food was cold chix fingers was not big as our finger display thick and big..
I am so displease with food called store and did not pickup.KFC is now slow food Instead of Gast food.
I know corporate has No idea at all about customer service there

i can’t believe… i asked cole slaw they gave me mashed potatoes, i ask sweet tea they gave me unsweet tea…. why they didn’t hear the order right? i wish to get the order right…. they gave other bread instead the bisquet
The drive through takes your order and makes you pull into a parking spot to wait on your food I will never come back How can you be a manager but your unable to explain there is a wait Then I got my food and had to go inside and ask for reasonably sized chicken nuggets. I’m convinced the problem is the man lady in the back with a bad BBL he said I could wait 45 minutes for more chicken nuggets Be fore real. I’ll never be back. The manager can’t fix this mess and I hope he finds a new job with better staff

These establishments are getting worse by the day and it almost makes you not want to spend your money here. I walk into this establishment to place an order there was a man clearly standing at the register tapping on the screen but instead of assisting me as a customer he tells me to place my order at the kiosk and walks out of the building. No one offered any assistance at all. Once I received my food I also had to repeatedly ask for condiments since none were given or offered. They wonder why sales are continuously dropping that’s because service sucks at KFC I also visited the one on Hwy 85 recently and had to listen to the manager be rude to employees right in front of the customer that were waiting to be served. This place most definitely lacks any kind of professionalism.

What happened to customer service. My first job was KFC along side all my cousins. We loved that place. To see the employees don't care what they serve you. It just a shame. I ordered 2 $10 4pc chicken tonight around 7pm on Tara Blvd, I get home and opened my box, Lord have Mercy...this chicken look like left overs from yesterday. Where is QC. They don't come around and check the stores no more. SMH...I tried calling no one answered the phone. They best be glad I don't live near there. Need to be shut down. Last $20 they will get from me.

Went through drive thru ordered 8 piece chicken only for $26 . They sold me old fried chicken. The extra crispy skin taste like it’s been sitting in a wooden box. And they aren’t answering the phone for me to complain. I’m tired, just got off work and the kfc is 25 minutes away. Totally upset!!
