Came here around 12 wish I would have read the reviews on this kfc I ordered a pot pie I thought it would’ve had more filling the lady on the mic sounded very hostile not very welcoming probably won’t return thanks tho

I came here and purchased a 12 pcs family meal and get home and see they only gave me 9 pcs. Not enough to feed my family... The they do t answer the phone. This is the only kfc near home. Now I know not to go there any more... I'm a very disappointed customer

We wanted the barbecue chicken and when we got home and opened the container, it looked nothing like the posted sign in the store. The fries were cold and hard. It definitely wasn’t like the original KFC bbq chicken of old.

I moved to Jonesboro a few years ago and this one is very close to home. While I don’t eat here often I feel that they have been consistently pleasant and fast! I can’t believe they have such a low rating, shocker to me! Stopped by today and was served at lightning speed with a smile. My order was hot and correct.

It had been a while since eating KFC. Not sure if this was an outlier but will not likely be back for some time from the experience. Had a two chicken tender sandwich meal. The breading was not overly thick which was nice but the chicken was barely warm and dry. The fries seemed like they had spent a couple rounds in the fryer and still were more cold than hot. Not a great experience. The counter staff was friendly and responsive but that was about it.
The Original honey bbq wings are nothing like the original, terrible. How can you mislead customers like this. Never going back.

This is by far one of the worst restaurants in America…yes America! It’s an epic failure everytime. Months go by, ad I decide to give it another try and it worst than the time before! Just close down at this point! All the food was horrible! Only stopped because the wedges are back… yea back and horrible from this place!
