I ordered 1 chicken sandwich meal with potatoes & a pepsi. In addition to another chicken sandwich. Well the chicken was old & cold. It had a horrible taste. The Pepsi that came with the combo had no ice & it was warm & sugary. The 2nd chicken sandwich was for later on. I'm in bed with multiple sclerosis. I'm in a flare up. We'll do to such horrible food, I had to throw it away. So, I placed a delivery order with Popeyes & everything was perfect. I spent $20 with KFC just to have to throw it away. I will never go to KFC EVER AGAIN. I'm so upset because the total money that I spent on KFC & Popeyes was $47. KFC IS SO WRONG. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK. Thanks to Popeyes, I was able to eat. If I could add a Pic of what KFC gave me I would.

#1. Cashier just about threw food out the window. Very nonservice oriented. Running quick, leaving customer at menu box , asked for a sauce I didn't get. Had to ask for receipt and.....chicken looked hours old and pastry looked uncooked!

Came in to eat and use the restroom but it was locked asked if you need a code to get in the employee said that they do not work. How do employees use the bath while working or how do you go in and wash your hands before you eat. Ridiculous I went to Popeyes where the restroom works and the chicken was really good

Stopped by this KFC location shortly before opening to kindly request a small donation of ketchup packets for a nonprofit back-to-school giveback event we were hosting in the same parking lot. I spoke with the shift manager on duty and explained the situation, mentioning that none of the nearby businesses had ketchup available for purchase.
He contacted the General Manager, who responded that “they don’t do that.” I appreciated them taking the time to check, so I thanked them and left.
While I understand every business has policies, it was disappointing considering our organization had planned to dine in this location after the event. A small gesture of support would’ve gone a long way, especially as we were supporting families in the community just outside their doors.
I spent over $70 and my pot pies’ are literally just crust nothing else inside.

My recent visit to KFC was **by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had**. Not only was the chicken inedible, but it had a **strong chemical smell and taste**—like cleaning products or something unnatural. The odor was so intense that it **burned my nose** when I tried to eat it.
I took one bite and immediately knew something was wrong. The flavor was **bitter and artificial**, nothing like real chicken should taste. Shortly after, I **threw up**, which confirms that whatever was on that chicken **was not safe to eat**. I don’t know if it was contaminated with cleaning chemicals, spoiled oil, or some other hazardous substance, but it was **clearly not normal**.
This goes beyond just bad food—it’s a **serious health hazard**. How does a major chain like KFC serve something that smells and tastes like poison? I’m honestly shocked and disgusted. **Never eating here again**, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to risk getting sick too.

The guys at this location don’t want to work. I waited on the side of the building for 30 mins, when an employee finally came to the door it’s what you ordered, it’s only 2 cars parked waiting on food. I tell him my order, he said I thought he made that already, I’ll be right out with the order. I proceeded to wait another 15 mins for the food to come out. The lobby was empty, I’m so curious as to why it took this long for a 12 piece of chicken to come out. This why I travel to fayteville.
