No one was at the store and had to wait an hour to pick up a DoorDash order! They were serving the drive through and had me inside the store waiting. the supervisor was rude!

Got there 30 minutes before closing, and the drive through person said they were "out of chicken". How is a KFC OUT of chicken 30 mins before closing?? Ridiculous.

I came around 4:30 on 3/19/2024So whoever was on that shift at that time were completely rude and acting as if I’m bothering them.I told the lady that I wanted chicken sandwich and she said they didn’t have it so I asked about the spicy chicken sandwich and a man answered this time and told me “we don’t have spicy chicken this ain’t Popeyes” I’m not stupid! I asked about the spicy chicken sandwich! Then he said they don’t have it right now either.So then I told him to just give me a 5 pc tender with fries and before I could finish the lady gets back on being aggressive talking about some “maam I don’t even know what you’re ordering” so I slowed it down for her then she cuts me off and says with an attitude as if I’m suppose to know they are out of everything “we don’t got fries what else you want” So I just left. I figured it was no point asking for the manager they probably condone the behavior. I’m just angry because my 4 year old was in the car and was hungry and I didn’t get to feed my child. Sick of dealing with customer service like this. Folks acting like they don’t want their job it’s ridiculous!!!!

I ordered on with a pick up at 2:00, when I get there about 2:08 I waited in line for about 5 mins. I said, "Is anyone working the lobby he advised me to place an order at the kiosk. I advised him that I placed my order on line...I just ordered a bucket of chicken. After waiting on the drive thru, he finally gave with my chicken. He did give me a couple of biscuits for my time. Still slow service.

I never went to a restaurant where I was greeted by the staff cursing at each other. The food was okay but not the quality that the company advertises. I've always been a big fan of KFC but after this visit that's about to change.

I’ve ordered the $20 bucket deal. The chicken was supposed to be crispy and it wasn’t crispy as it usually is from other locations. The chicken has no flavor whatsoever and tastes like it’s overcooked . It also tastes like wood . The customer service sucks. As soon as you walk in if one person is at the counter you’ll be asked to use the kiosk. I had a problem with that because I can’t edit on there that I didn’t want any thigh’s. Even though I stood at the counter to mention that I didn’t want any thighs. The two ladies that was working never asked can I help you or nothing. Only to give me my food with the thighs that I politely asked to replace with something else besides the thighs. Of course there was an attitude. I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat at this dump.

No matter how many times they change staff and management here it’s always the worst experience ever!!! Service from the managers are horrible!!! No eye contact from management or staff when paying through drive thru!!!! Rude!!!! I guess some things never change and you hate to blame everything on location but it is what it is!!!! Believe the reviews!!!! Gone for good & will never be back!!! Word of mouth travels fast!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, why even leave reviews because they don't matter. This place Pocket all cash and don't give receipts. They don't give you a cup for water. They asks you to pay $3.01 for it. These people are not there to work. Just shuck and jive, stink and eat. Never againParking: I'm surprised I wasn't being charged for parking
