Called to ask about the pricing and I was told I didn’t have to pay as an adult but I’m not able to assist my child in playing if my kid is 10months old why wouldn’t I be allowed to help them? The lady who answered the phone was very rude just to avoid anything don’t go!

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe for kids. I know a parent who's child caught ring worm from this facility because of how filthy and unsanitary this place truly is. Metals are exposed on trampolines, wood is exposed on attractions, and the balls are dingy, old, and flat from years of usage. STAY AWAY! Go to urban air in McDonough!

We had to leave because we saw a rat!! Disgusting. I know places like this really aren’t the cleanest, but come on....smh. I didn’t ask for a refund, but they didn’t even offer anything.

They don’t handle business well. They never gave my deposit back for my kids birthday that was suppose to be there. Called me the day before the party and they was closing. Talking about they under new management. I would never refer y’all to no one.

This place is run down and has a TON of items in need of serious repair, renovation, not to mention a DEEP cleaning!! Not only is it dangerous, but when I spoke to the manager about it she said it was sectioned off, I tried several times to explain to her that THE WAY they sectioned it off was insufficient at best, she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say, brushed off my concerns and walked away instead of insuring me that things would be repaired properly.
