These reviews show that people will just eat anything. The collard greens were EXTREMELY spicy. Did not notify me that baked chicken would be smothered to the point to where I just can't eat it. Baked chicken also had no seasoning. The only thing that's good was the fried chicken but I will not be returning.

Dude changed my payment amount. Order was 11.65. Gave him 4.00 cash tip. Bank charge posted 13.64. Food was just ok. I will never return, because he is dishonest with the charges!!!

I've been going to Lewis 's spot since he's been there. I like the seasoning of the food but the wait is worth it. Especially if you don't want fast food.
They would get 5 stars because the food is pretty tasty, but I've had better. They overdo it with the service. I can't believe... I've said that. But it's almost harassing. And on another occasion, I was undeserved...Little attention. Consistency is the key! I don't know what to expect.I haven't been back.

This place is PHENOMENAL! I am so happy I was able to find this gem. I got all of this for $17.99! Are you kidding me? The chicken literally fell off the bone. So tender and juicy. The spices were spot on. The collards had a hint of spice to them which I welcomed happily. I ate of them right then and there once I took that first bite. The dressing melted in your mouth. Gravy was rich and savory. Not too much salt like most gravy. Mac and cheese.....you can't trust just anyone's mac and cheese but you sure can trust Lewis's. I initially told the gentleman to leave the cranberry out of the order but he talked me into letting him put on the side and I am so glad he did. This cranberry didn't come out of a can! I couldn't eat the plate all in one sitting but I sure did try! So I basically got two meals for less than $20.00. I would've paid $40 for how unbelievably amazing it was. I believe this place is drive through only as I tried to open the front door and it was locked. There were several people in line at the drive through and for a brief moment I debated on leaving. So glad I didn't! Any time I am in this area I will be stopping by! I can only imagine how good the fried chicken is....good news is I will find out very soon!
Lewis has some of the most delicious soul food this side of the Mississippi...I absolutely love this place...don't walk but run to this location quickly.
First time stopping by and I must say I was very impressed! Not all soul food spots can cook and every one I’ve tried I said I’m won’t be back BUT baby this place is on point!! I ordered the baked chicken greens Mac and yams. Soooo delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned! Perfect touch to the green with jalapeño and tomatoes on it. I never am able to eat a full plate but I tore it up. I shared with 6 year old son and he didn’t say a word until he was finished lol. He even wanted more Mac n cheese. I will definitely be back, upset I didn’t know about this spot sooner, and I’m sending more business to ya!!! 5 stars

Omg! Best fried chicken I've tasted in a long time. Somebody's momma taught them well. All of my food was hot and ready! Drive thru was less than 5 mins, and Lewis stay on point! Cornbread was tasty, mac-n-cheese cheesy... I just wish the green beans were fresh and not canned.. But I tore those up too! My 40 minute drive was def worth trying "Lewis LTLT" >>> When you stop in Atlanta and you're looking for a hardy quick bite to eat and you want to avoid fast food .. Yall! Now… I’m a country girl and I know good food! When I tell u Mr. Lewis put his soul in this food!!!! I’m not nearly half way done with my plate but baby!!!! Everything is off the chain! Excellent job sir! He fixed my plate like a grown man!!!!!
First time here today and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the smothered Fried Chicken, collard greens and Mac and cheese. All were great and seasoned really well! The best soul food that I’ve had on the south side! I will be back for the Turkey wings and peach cobbler!
