What’s wrong with this customer service?
Pizza was great but why would an employee would be so defensive and rude ?
She walked away and I saw she was busy in the other side while I was getting the money and I honk once to get her attention and she come back arguing that I didn’t have to do that.
Need more customer service training. I was just trying to get my pizza and go.
Do not go if you dont have a car. If the lobby is closed they're gonna make you role play as a car and walk through the drive-through with cars behind you. Vroom vroom i guess

at a point in my pregnancy where i’m spending my last $9 on a damn little cesar’s pizza for dinner. i get there and get the food at the drive thru and go home and a family member takes my car. i realize the food is NOT MY food so call and see if i can get a refund because i wont be able to get there before they close but i still have to eat tonight. she tells me if i cannot bring the wrong pizza that SHE gave me before they close tonight then ill have to come up and get a refund tomorrow and i dont have to bring the pizza. so either way the pizza gets thrown away because i cant eat it. and me and unborn baby go hungry for the night because “cheap and affordable” turned into “incompetent employees make customers pay for THEIR OWN mistakes” thank you teenager working at little cesar’s who probably shouldn’t! i hope you all have a good night because i wont!

People are friendly, alert and knowledgeable. Prices are very good - food is even better!
This WAS my location to order from. Since the past month or so the pizza has been HORRIBLE. I always ask for light sauce. They still continue to drench the pizza with sauce. One time the pizza was undercooked! Maybe it’s new management, but I’m done with this location!
There Customer service is terrible they Ignored me for a while then the young lady that took my order was very rude and I wait for one pizza over 30 mins first and last time getting food from here.....
I order from here a lot. I use my app all the time to order and my food is always fresh, hot and staff is pleasant.
Slow and ghetto half of them dressed in regular clothes nothing was hott and ready waited over 30 mins after I was told 10-15 mins every customer walked in and complained about the wait. The staff looked as if they could careless and when a mistake was made to an order that was specified when ordered well one girl in particular had an attitude when asked to correct. The manager needs to be replaced and staff . It's a hood affair and ran as such

Overall this place is slower than usual. It comes across as low employee morale.

“I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars location (6655 Terra Blvd). I arrived for a scheduled interview today at 1:30 PM, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism from an employee named Ashley. She was rude, dismissive, and even called me a ‘weirdo’ when I tried to ask for a corporate contact number to report her behavior. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also smelled strongly of marijuana, which is completely unacceptable in a workplace.
To make matters worse, she purposely sent another employee to the back when I asked for help, seemingly to prevent me from getting any information to escalate my complaint. This type of behavior should not be tolerated, especially in a customer-facing business. If this is the kind of leadership and professionalism allowed here, I would not recommend this location to anyone—whether as an employee or a customer.
I will be filing formal complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau to ensure this is addressed properly. Avoid this location if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.”
