at a point in my pregnancy where i’m spending my last $9 on a damn little cesar’s pizza for dinner. i get there and get the food at the drive thru and go home and a family member takes my car. i realize the food is NOT MY food so call and see if i can get a refund because i wont be able to get there before they close but i still have to eat tonight. she tells me if i cannot bring the wrong pizza that SHE gave me before they close tonight then ill have to come up and get a refund tomorrow and i dont have to bring the pizza. so either way the pizza gets thrown away because i cant eat it. and me and unborn baby go hungry for the night because “cheap and affordable” turned into “incompetent employees make customers pay for THEIR OWN mistakes” thank you teenager working at little cesar’s who probably shouldn’t! i hope you all have a good night because i wont!
People are friendly, alert and knowledgeable. Prices are very good - food is even better!
This WAS my location to order from. Since the past month or so the pizza has been HORRIBLE. I always ask for light sauce. They still continue to drench the pizza with sauce. One time the pizza was undercooked! Maybe it’s new management, but I’m done with this location!
There Customer service is terrible they Ignored me for a while then the young lady that took my order was very rude and I wait for one pizza over 30 mins first and last time getting food from here.....
I order from here a lot. I use my app all the time to order and my food is always fresh, hot and staff is pleasant.

Overall this place is slower than usual. It comes across as low employee morale.
Impressed by the customer service and the overall cleanness of the store ,the pizza was on point .

“I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars location (6655 Terra Blvd). I arrived for a scheduled interview today at 1:30 PM, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism from an employee named Ashley. She was rude, dismissive, and even called me a ‘weirdo’ when I tried to ask for a corporate contact number to report her behavior. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also smelled strongly of marijuana, which is completely unacceptable in a workplace.
To make matters worse, she purposely sent another employee to the back when I asked for help, seemingly to prevent me from getting any information to escalate my complaint. This type of behavior should not be tolerated, especially in a customer-facing business. If this is the kind of leadership and professionalism allowed here, I would not recommend this location to anyone—whether as an employee or a customer.
I will be filing formal complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau to ensure this is addressed properly. Avoid this location if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.”
There’s a young man name James and a Young Lady name Mariah there customer service skills is superb everytime I come in there and that’s 3 times every week I wish y’all had more workers with they customer service skills I’m always looking forward to seeing them 2 because they always have a smile on there face it’s a joy to come in lil CEASARS when they are there
Pizza was under cooked and when trying to get a slice the toppings would fall off. The stuffed crust was awesome though
I don’t even leave reviews normally, but I try to order a pizza hour and a half before they close and they said that they weren’t going to make any more stuffed crust. I could only order from what they had left and this is an hour and a half before closing time so I would not recommend to go there. Maybe you have to go there early hours to get better service. SMH y’all need to stop hiring people that don’t wanna work.
Pulled up on Christmas eve to the drive thru. Literally the only person in line. I was there several minutes before I yelled in the window 3x if the drive thru was open. I literally saw every employee in there walking by the window without ANY acknowledgement. They FINALLY came AFTER I kept asking for help. Someone came and took my order. Sat there 8 more minutes or so, then another employee said nobody told you to park and wait for your order? I said no! My order was BARELY taken! I had to keep asking! Still waiting, they said drive around AGAIN to get my order. I asked for a refund. The young lady stated it's in the oven now. Atp, it's 8 cars behind me. I said, the line will be longer. She said no it won't cuz we'll just tell everybody to go around. I just pulled around and went in. I was in the inside and my order came out. WRONG ORDER! I said I didn't order this! The cashier stated, yes you did. Ma'am! No I didn't! I've always go to other locations and I know what my kids eat so I know what I ordered. The cashier said well I have two pizzas ready. I said so I've been waiting THIS LONG for nothing!?? I want a refund! She got the manager and she started acting as if she was upset with ME! I got my refund with her ATTITUDE and NO APOLOGIES OR NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!
