In 2025 I ordered delivery 16 times. Most of those the pizza had little toppings on them. When you order a $35.00 pizza and is just bread with a little toppings. It is a rip off !!! I usually order marinara cups,two liters and ask for parm cheese packets. Over half of those orders never came with the sauce cups or parm packets.Plus the little girl at night that answers the phone was rude. And always put you on hold even in slow hours . The manager that was there a year ago must have moved on. I will get Poppa John's delivery from now on. Or drive up to pizza hut take out. Totally dissatisfied and fed up with store. GOOD BYE

Everytime I place an order at this location I always ask for my pizza to be “well done” and it’s made perfect just how I like it. Last night this is what I received after asking for well done. My mistake for not checking it until I arrived home. I opened the box and this is what I saw. I called the store back very upset and Chris rudely told me that I asked for a “crispy black” pizza which was not true at all. He yelled at me over the phone and it was even worse when I went back to return the pizza. He yelled and screamed at me as if he was scolding his little child. When he refunded my money back he told me to have a good night very sarcastically. I was very upset because this was for my daughter’s 12th birthday dinner that she was looking forward to having. #crushed

This experience started I wait in drive thru 10 minutes because my pizzas wasn’t ready and when I got them i specifically asked for them to be cut triangles but one was in square so they had to cook one of them again I waited another 10 minute's and when I got my pizza it was missing one of my ingredients this about the fourth time something gones wrong with my pizzas at this perticular location I giving up and will order from there anymore

Had to pull off and wait 5 minutes after pickup time for a pizza that was lukewarm. Ground beef wasn't baked in the pizza. It was just thrown on top like it was someone else's pizza l...needless to say, didn't get too easy any ground beef because the crumble just fell off with every slice you pick up
