Orders a pizza only to wait almost an hour after it was reported to to out for delivery. Only to find out they supposedly "pulled up, called without leaving a voice-mail and drove back." No follow up or cancelation of over $50 to our card. Only to be told by the manager that it's now their policy to not even knock on the door and that they wouldn't remake it and instead are now returning the old pizza that's been in a bag and heat lamps for 2 hours...Used to eat here all the time. Never again.

1st my pizza was specialty delicious! The down fall was I was waiting at the drive thru for 5+ minutes,while it's quite a few of employees around, to be addressed for my visit. Secondly I asked for Parmesan after I received my pizza's, and the lady so busy to see if I was going to add a tip or give her the signed receipt back, lol guess what? She failed to give me what I asked for and I wasn't going to ask again. Poor customer service, NO TIP PERIOD!Vegetarian options: Various delicious veggie options as well as fruit option. Like pineapple.Parking: It's just pizza so there is parking!

I ordered a Pizza from the Marcos on Tara Blvd. I used the contactless delivery. I watched the driver drop my food off and went to the door to grab my meal. Upon opening it however there were ANTS in my box. I called the store to which the manager stated, since I got contactless delivery I must have let it stay out too long. I offered to show pictures and video I had taken as proof and was met with a nonchalant could care less attitude. I love Marcos but TARA BLVD you HAVE to do better. Calzones were just bread and a needle line of filling and a grease pond. pizza was just way too greasy.Even Little Caesar pizza could do WAY BETTER FOR CHEAPER. Extremely disappointing and tragically sad, you guys just serve anything. Will never recommend any Marcos pizza to anyone I know..

Ordered a 2 topping XL pizza on a special @ $13.99 from Marco's new app. When I pulled up to the restaurant, barely 10 minutes after hitting 'submit order', it was boxed up, hot, generously topped, and looking soooooooooo delicious, awaiting my arrival. The cashier was smiley, friendly, and efficient. Great job, Marco's!!!!The 7 confirmation emails of receipt, baking, and ready for pickup were overkill, though. #ijs

I used to enjoy ordering pizza from this location. But somehow or another, the service really seemed to have hit rock bottom. A few weeks ago I placed an order and waited 2 hours and a 1/2 for my pizza only to discover that the driver took my pizza to another location and dropped it off. I never received it. My wife went back-and-forth with someone who claim she was acting as a manager. To only find out later she lied she was just a regular employee. This young lady was very rude and she showed little empathy as to what was taking place with our order. After some time with her and my wife going back and forth that she discovered that the driver had apparently taken our order elsewhere. And he had no clue as to where he took the order. She then claim she had him to return back to the place and clock out and go home because he didnt know what he was doing. "allegedly" her words to me at this point was not trust worthy. It was then and only then did she offer a apology and to return the money back to my card she also offered me a $10 credit? Which to me was a insult after weighting two and half hours for nothing. A few weeks later I decided to place another order with them giving them another try and hoping I had given them enough time to fix what seemingly is broken...WRONG... I discover that was not the case. I gave the guy my order, he claimed they didn't come to my area. I told him that wasn't true I've been ordering pizza from thia place for years, then the guy said he was reading what was on the screen and said that he was new. He then quickly stated that someone would be on their way. He didn't ask how I was going to pay for my order. He then proceeded to tell me to hold on and he slammed the phone down and asked me to hold on a minute he never came back to the phone so I just terminated the call. I can clearly say for me this was it for me I'm done with this place I will never ever again order from them. I feel uncomfortable now with even giving them my credit card over the phone. and even eating any of their food.I'm very disappointed in this place, It's so sad to see this happening because this was one of my favorite spots. I don't know what's going on with this place and to me it has gone down hill. I would not be surprised if I find that this business has closed or gone out of business. I'm sure I'm not the only one that may have complained about this if not something worst. If they don't get a hold of this business situation and fast its doomed to fail. Very piss poor service.
