I have ordered from this place twice now. Both times my fries were hot and on point. Burger delicious. I am very impressed because it was at different times as well lunch and early dinner. Great job everyone.

I ordered a 3pc tender combo and two $5 bags. I asked for ALL my fries with no salt and ALL my food WELL DONE COOKED TO ORDER! I also let the young man at the front counter know I don’t mind waiting for my order. Before I even tapped my phone to pay my order was on the counter. How is that well done or fresh? I went back to address the issue and was told I would only be refunded for the tenders only and not the whole combo which was also a huge inconvenience. The manager on shift I believe her name is Ms.Reed, she called her manager or in her words “big boss” which is Ms.Keyon and her customer service was no better. When I asked her what she could do about the situation she told me straight out “nothing” with sarcasm in her voice. Out of a $20.30 order I got a $5.39 refund. Don’t walk, RUN!

I had a drive through order that was made incorrectly and when I came back to address the matter the manager didn’t have great customer service in getting the matter resolved also the rest of the staff is too busy on their phones to realize people are arriving at the location. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

They are so slow. Like please move faster we got places to be instead they just laughing around taking up time meanwhile the line is waiting at the front counter. people in every area so each customer can get taken care of.

I wish I could give it 0 stars!!!!! They are rude as hell!!!! They told my driver I had to put it in the DoorDash app if I wanted my food fresh…… HOW?!?!?! They slammed the window in her face! They were rude as hell and condescending! They ALL need to be fired!!!!!!!! This place is absolute trash!
