Yes, The positive energy I received was top-tier this morning. I love when I can go somewhere and I just leave feeling better than I felt when I pulled up. I was greeting with smiles and positivity couldn’t ask for more!

UPDATE: I received a call from corporate saying the guy who said what he said was the owner was not the owner and that the owner of that location was a woman.Although he may not be the owner he appeared to be an employee of some sort possibly apart of management because he made his remarks in front of two uniformed managers and they backed up his statements by saying it was a safety hazard and the fact that they were seated together .
His behavior was unacceptable and I have received no resolution in this matter.

I brought my children here so they could finish homework using the café Wi-Fi while I planned to order food. Because there were so few outlets, I used a small extension cord. The franchise owner told me, “You can’t hook that up, we pay bills around here.”
Another staff member then added that it was a safety hazard, which I would have understood if that had been the explanation from the start.
When I asked the owner if he was the franchisee, he confirmed that he was. I then asked about McDonald’s corporate social responsibility which McDonald’s promotes as supporting families and communities he said it was “broad,” acted like he didn’t really understand what it meant, and told me to “look it up online.”
This left us feeling unwelcome and completely out of step with McDonald’s message of empowering families and communities.
If McDonald’s promotes community empowerment, its franchisees should at least be able to explain what that means.
Dismissing families while advertising “community impact” is more than bad service it’s false advertising.

The food here never tastes fresh—the fillet of fish that I usually order tastes very dry, and the Chicken is either overcooked or stale.
I know it's challenging to hire people who want to work, but in a food business, you must prepare the food as McDonald’s intended.
I would never come back to this McDonald’s because customer service always suck, except for the morning shift manager. She always has a smile on her face, but her team is terrible..

The establishment was empty, that evening I walked up to register to order and employee told me to use kiosk. If your standing around doing nothing, why wouldn't you take order at counter? 🤷🏾♀️ No problem, took business elsewhere....
