I come to this location 3-4 times a week on my way to work due its location and the convenience. I use to be a Store Manager at McDonald’s roughly 8 years ago so I understand the challenges you face. However, there is no reason why you should park AS MANY cars as you do, AS OFTEN as you do. Every morning 8am-9am parking every car is ridiculous. Clearly there’s an operational issue, and either the store manager is not present, or cheating.
People don’t go to the drive-through to have to sit and wait. People go for a fast service so they can keep moving to their destination. EVERY SINGLE WEEK ITS THE SAME STORY.
Food was cold, 2 young ladies at the window complaining about wanting to go home. Gave me my sweet tea in a cup that had a hole. When asked for another cup she got mad. Next cup was sticky, asked for napkins because it’s was running over. She got an attitude. I asked for a manager. Manager said she wasn’t coming to the window. Just overall horrible service. This was 12/07/24 at 1030 ish

First off, the lady at the counter has an attitude. I ordered the #8 and she gave me A small drink no hash brown just sandwich. That’s training 101 what drink sizes comes goes with the meal. I just would like for the cashiers to know the menu. I mean it’s pictures how hard could it be.

Update 11/17: still horrible. Horrible horrible horrible so they place my order i noticed they only put no pickles and onions under one burger on screen so i inform the guy at window, so the cook or whomever doesn't remake the burger but scrapes the onions off......next time you should take another look before wrapping the burger back up you left some on...smdh

This place is horrible. I normally drive to Fayetteville for my McDonald’s as they are more competent to complete your order.
They close the dining room earlier than posted so if your order to pick up at the counter you have to go through their drive through. I watched them nearly hand my order away and look confused. That’s what happen when you close the dining room and it’s not on your drive monitor. Then they gave me the wrong slushee and size fries
I then went back through the drive through and notified them of their mistake, where I even laughed to remain positive through my annoyance and what followed was “I wanna go home” while looking annoyed. This location along with the McDonald’s on flint river are horrible. I’ll keep driving to Fayetteville.
the hiring manager is so rude, he turned away like 4 people yesterday cause of how they were dressed… when i saw them they were dressed perfectly fine nothing was wrong with them. i guess he expected them to wear a tux or something…. like hunny this is mcdonald’s. know ur place. And i heard that one of his workers got there late and he told her “what to know what happens if you’re late in the army?” like um okay u didn’t eat.

Most trash McDonald's I ever been too. Waited over 30mins for order and still was not even started. They waited on people after me that got the food quickly. After waiting over 30mins mins, I was told they didn't have something ready but the order was never started!! They was able to give me the damn drink but no food like that is crazy. Waiting area full of ppl waiting for food. Manger walks around like shit is not moving slow nor helping the back get food out. I asked for a refund and left with only drinks. I was able to go to Taco Bell wait less then 10mins that is how fast food works!! Never have I ever waited over 30mins for a simple $5 meal and a filet a fish meal that is outrageous and I will never be back. During prime hours of order if you can pick another McDonald's avoid this one as much as possible!!

This location is trifling management are lettings those kids play on the clock and with people’s food. Wife specifically told them to cook the burger thoroughly when ordering, get home hand me my burger it’s raw. She goes back and management is trolling along with the kids back in the kitchen, brings another burger for it too still be raw. Stop playing with people health and cook the order the correct way and clean your kitchen appliances!!!!!
