Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Had to repeat my order several times, only to receive cold food and soggy fries. Tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but the phone line has been busy every time. Very poor service and disappointing experience.

You have to try the (McB Steak) Egg Cheese McMuffin with a fresh McHashbrowns... 😋 🤔Steak needs to be on the lunch and dinner menu (McD Steak) a buttered toasted seeded bun with sauteed onions and mushrooms side of fries and large Sweet Tea 🤤🤤🤤
The service in this McDonald's sucked! First a double burger and fries 🍟 came out to $17 then when, what I assumed to be the manager came over she fixed it and the walked to the back talking S*** about me!! What!? Your cashier messed up and you talk crap about the customer, really!? This is why I don't go to fast food restaurants anymore!

If not for my child's obsession with McDonalds I would never go and this location is the main reason! I go and I see there is a line of people waiting but the inside is empty. Before I go in, I check the dining room hours and it clearly says 11pm. One of the workers is cleaning the drink station and has her child in the establishment so I thought nothing of it. But I was abruptly ushered back to my car by that worker and a manager stating that the dining room is closed in a tone I didn't appreciate. The drive thru lady was nice, I'll give them that. But, I was asked to pull over to the side and had to wait about 20 mins. I asked the lady if it was all there, she confirmed. But when I got home, my order was short two six piece nuggets. It's a continuous pattern that always happens. I went to go back and was told they were closed now. So McDonalds gets to keep my money and I didn't even get my whole order. This is infuriating! I'm so sick of the lack of customer service and not getting what I pay for!!!!!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

I mean what can I say about McDonalds? A WHOLE LOT! They never have diet coke. The fries are soggy and greasy! They never have enough staff! Don't even think about ordering on the app for curbside because you will sit there all day and no one brings you anything! I had to go inside after waiting for 30 minutes. When I get inside I waited another 15 to finally get someone to acknowledge me. When I gave her my order number she was like oh this isn't even in the queue yet. SMH! McDonalds has really gone down hill. I remember when they were actually a great place to eat with your family but these days I try to avoid it altogether!
