Literally the worst experience, ever !!! I waited 30 mins in line and asked for a fresh fish sandwich meal with extra cheese. I received an old fish sandwich with a half slice of cheese, a hard toasted bun instead of a steamed bun. I also tried to call the store and it just hangs up without ringing. At this point what type of establishment you running? It’s sad and something needs to be done .

I came back to get a water after three hours and they wouldnt give me a water cuz i already had one. They need to fire that guy becuz he had a rasist look at me like. Who carea if i had one three hours ago. Water is free and im ordering it cuz i need it.

Although their Drive thru lines are long and at times kinda slow... but this is my preferred Fav McDonald's.. Their fries are never cold, they always got them hot & fresh.. They stay open 24hrs and the food HAS NOT been gross, cold or just outright inedible like other Mc D's I've been to. They could work on their speed and quickness a bit more but besides that.. this the best one around the metro Atlanta areas.. Keep up the good work!! 🫶👍💛

I usually come to this location because the food is usually better. However, tonight was quite delightful. And this is just based off of energy and smiles. Lily and Frankie working drive thru this evening were a breath of fresh air. I truly hope that the negative that comes with customer service does not take their light. Those two young individuals have so much going for them a spark, and just a joy for life that I have not seen in quite some time with the younger generation. I hope Corporate does read this and make those to the model of what customer service should be. They each need their own Franchise.
From extremely poor management to employees being abused and disrespected by Alyssa (a member of management) to flies in your drinks to poor customer service on the inside (stick to drive-thru, just don’t get their drinks) This location needs a complete revamp of management. OSHA needs to inspect this location as well as EEOC. I feel bad for the employees. From the outside looking in, it’s sad that us customers can see how poorly management treats the employees. Do better McDonalds! The drive-thru employees always have great customer service. Can’t say the same when I go inside for my order. Isabel, Chandrea, Jaziyah, Nikita…. You all have great customer service! Keep it up and you’ll be successful in life!!!

This McDonald's store and all chains must be closed. There are no service conditions at all, there are not enough employees and there is a long wait with a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes for each order.
