I said I would like to discuss with Owner. I was then told "Oh I don't know when he'll be in." Now I can't leave a message? Same girl who messed up my first order. ****I wish I had recorded the nonchalant dialog from the girl who took my order. I ordered a medium pasta n hubby picked it up not knowing the size given was personal. When I called it was "Ummm yea..... Its nothing I can do about that, Ummm..... Sorry for that" I ask for the manager and conveniently not there. I ask will he be tomorrow? "Ummmm idk , probably will be, yea probably." My 4 yr old talks better than this n this is the person answering the phone n taking orders. Now I won't eat just to make sure my husband who drives 12 hours a day has a meal. Moreaus do better because this is poor customer service. Y'all messed up my order n all I get is UMMMM.

Spent $70 on a large lobster Mac and was very disappointed in the bite size amount of lobster in the pan. The lobster looked like diced tomatoes and they barely gave us any. The pasta was tasty but just a warning if you get the lobster Mac, they barely give you any lobster, it’s mostly pasta.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile, and I wasn't necessarily disappointed, but I can't honestly say this will be a regularly frequented place for me either.I ordered the "House Special". I was a little disappointed it only came in a large size, but because I wanted to try it, I ordered it anyway, and I felt it was reasonably priced considering the ingredients and the portion size. I didn't like that the spinach wasn't cooked in a dish like that, at least steamed. The raw spinach kinda killed it for me. Otherwise, it was okay.The wings I ordered Lemon Peper and Hennessey flavored were cooked within an inch of their edibility. I know wings "fried hard" is a thing for people, but sheesh, does hard mean, can't chew them??? Oh well?The two drinks I ordered, however, while they were were not mixed well (to me) and for the serving size 6.99 plus tax seemed a bit much?I would go back again, they merited a return trip in my opinion.

Food was okay. I purchased Hennessy wings, garlic parmesan wings, crab Mac and the rice with shrimp and strawberry Pina colada. It was edible. I wouldn't purchase it again. Drink wasn't all that. Just tasted like lemonade, I definitely didn't get any "Pina colada" flavor. Customer service was trash. Girl at the counter had a funky attitude and wasn't that helpful as it was my first (and last) time there. I ate 4 of the 8 wings and a few bited of the crab Mac. Definitely a waste of almost 80 bucks.

My husband and I wanted to try something different within the area and pass by Moreau’s often so we decided to give them a try. My husband ordered the meat lovers, I ordered the spicy jambalaya Alfredo pasta and an order of Hennessy wings. Both pastas were delicious and we received our food in a timely manner. Only negative is that we ordered/paid for an 8 wing and only received 7 which is a big deal considering the prices! However, they were indeed good.

Moreau's has been a staple in Jonesboro for many years. They always have top notch food, customer service, and a knowledgeable staff. The last several times I've come here, the speed of service has improved dramatically. They use the freshest of ingredients and have a great flor profile. I can't wait for the next location to open in Newnan someday, hopefully!

I've never had a bad experience with Moreau's, until this time. I ordered 3 different flavors of wings, broccoli, and chicken pasta. The wings were hard and dry like they sat under heat lamp all day. I'm so disappointed.

The person taking the order was extremely stoic and sour. Should have left then, but against my better judgment, I stayed and ordered.Cayannne pepper on fries does not make them cajun fries, Teriyaki chicken was dry,no sauce. Coconut rice with shrimp and chicken cost well over forty dollars no drinks.All of which ended up in the bottom of the trash can. I will never ever ever come here again nor will I recommend this place.

Ok so I just honestly hate to write this review but I’ve been trying to manage this place and it’s not getting any better. I’ve been eating here since they opened about 7 yrs ago. Not sure what happened to the food but it’s horrible. I ordered spicy mango salmon and I swear this is Walmart salmon! This spice level is ridiculously nasty and where’s the mango ??? I only got tomatoes on here ??♀️ and the spinach was very very very salty ? the chicken Alfredo was alright. Back when this place opened the food was banging! My advice to the owner which by the way is a tea nice person, please see what’s happening. Please don’t let your establishment go down like this. I couldn’t believe some of the reviews that I was reading, I was a bit shocked. And here I am writing a review ??♀️ I’m so sorry but please try to understand what your consumers are saying, I’ve never seen these kinds of reviews from this place. I wish y’all all the best!

The ziti was horrible. It was the red sauce on the bottom, then the noodles (which was soggy at this point), then the cheese baked and then the ground beef. It lacked flavor.Then the spinach dip was salty and it came with what looked like bbq chips.Also you're forced to add tip to your online orderCoworkers raved about this place but it wasn't nothing exciting. MAYBE next time I'll try a more traditional dish

Never will I ever give this business another dollar. My children and I went to this restaurant and ordered honey bbq wings and fries spaghetti and meat sauce Hennessy wings pot stickers and 3 drinks. Just to get home and only have half my order. After calling and speaking with mgmnt they have no explanation on why only half my order was taken nor why I was told they were out of items that they have available. Long story short I’m home with only food for 1 child. Never again. Then to add insult to injury you send this receipt to prove your point and I paid with cash and I FID NOT ORDER ANY ALFREDO.
