A family member recommended me to go to this establishment. First and last I wanted 5lbs. of conch which he stated $29.99 but then added another price which became $31.19 lb. Which was odd but ok once I ordered he stated cash or card. I said card once he saw it was credit card he changes and price and it was higher. I said what is the percentage you charge besides tax. He stated a fee so I said you're charging customer a fee because the CC company you chose charges you. He stated the gas station does it, I said I'm not at the gas station and you are wrong. His attitude sucked and I see he's use to ripping customers off. No EBT I was using a CC not saying that's a issue but I see what's going here. Wasn't fully stocked some of the product looked. If didn't need this for the a next day even I would have left with purchasing any thing. Bad service and customer service sucks ??????????Parking: Need new management

Their food isn’t New Orleans but it’s a close second. However be mindful of your receipt. If you used a card you will notice a 4% charge PER each item on top of two sales tax.
One star just so i can leave a review. We tried to call in the order but no one picked up. We walked in to an old fish smell. Placed our order only to later find out that they ran out of crabs after we already paid. Then we substituted the crab for crawfish. They got it wrong and gave us shrimp. Argued with me over what we requested in place of the crab.The food was not seasoned or cooked like it usually is. I do not recommend.

I used to frequent here like 3-4 years ago when I first found out about it and when I finally came back to Jonesboro it , of course , was under new management and a whole new staff and now it’s terrible . Portions were not as big as they used to be and you didn’t even get a butter. Got all that sea food and had to pay to get butter with it like what ☠️☠️. When I was first going there you got 2 butters with it and then you paid for extra if wanted some (but it also wasn’t that much extra) . When I went they wanted you to pay damn near $2 for a butter . They went completely down hill after new people came in.

The only reason I frequent this place was because they actually made their crawfish New Orleans style and it no longer is. Definitely need to change the name of the restaurant.

Loved the fried frog legs. But after going to this place a few times I realized that their staffs’ attitudes stink as bad as their rotting fish. They must be kin to a city official because this places smells so bad I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down! It didn’t stink initially when I tried it but slowly they showed their disgusting true colors.

Their fried food was descent. The potatoes was hard. Turkey necks were hard and difficult to bite into, worst turkey necks in my life. I had to throw my turkey necks and potatoes away because they were not capable to be eaten (waste of money in this inflation system)

If you're from new orleans you know how hard it is to find seafood like the city especially crawfish. Been here since 2015 and this is the only place i have ever gotten good crawfish outside of Louisiana. Not exactly like home but the flavor is there if you get a good batch ngl. Idk if they dont soak em long enough or what but some of the crawfish be kinda dry, but again that flavor be hittin like a mf frfr. texture/juicyness 3.0-4.5, size 4.5, flavor 4.5Idc for corn like that but their potatoes are good too unlike every other place ive been to outside of Louisiana. No complaints on potatoes at all they bussin??. The snow crabs are no better or worse than most places not as good as at home though. Not bad at all they are good 4.5⭐️ just not like home. The prices are all decent here too so if you're getting seafood i recommend this place only dont waste your time or money anywhere else ive done that for years, this is the spot.
