While treating my children to Snoballs (and not wanting them myself) I was pleasantly surprised to see this food truck in the same lot. I had multiple questions that he had no problems answering. The kids and I enjoyed the loaded nachos with no reservations of it being vegan. Great portion size and toppings throughout. The sweet heat was savory while still palatable by my spice-sensitive child. We also tried the lemonade and tea. Looking forward to our next visit!

Food - I got a hot lemon pepper sandwich that included lettuce, tomatoes, house-made vegan ranch, red onions (which I asked them to take off), pickles, and the baked cauliflower.
