Not only is the shop’s ambiance awesome, but the owner is super friendly and welcoming. I had the spice and almond shake and it was extremely tasty! It was so good that I didn’t even feel as though I was drinking a protein shake, despite the fact that I was. I will definitely be returning.

Went last Sunday to get the waffles and when I tell you it was so good I didn’t even expect that waffles with protein powder in it could taste so good, my mom and little brother also came and they both got shakes, my little brother literally finished his shake before we was able to get back home, 10/10 place to go to, I will definitely be back soon

My mom tagged me in a video on Instagram because she knows I love anyplace that serves all natural energy teas and protein products that I can continue to incorporate into my fitness journey. The owner was very nice and welcoming. She explained a little bit about the place, their products and her future plans that she has moving forward. I noticed that they have a very nice selection of both teas and protein shakes compared to other places I have been to. I tried the cookies and cream protein shake along with the blue blast energy drink. They were both very delicious and full of flavor. I will definitely be back to try some more flavors and highly recommended others to give it a try.
