That location needs to close. I purposely went to Pizza Hut for a different taste of pizza, I usually go to Dominos when in ClayCo, and I want a Large Meat Lovers, Large Chicken Lovers, and a Large Veggie Lovers, no Chicken Lovers available, plus the place looks like it's transitioning, I don't know what?? But, I don't think corporate would be happy seeing this location in the condition it is, carpet tile?? Need to pull that musty, molded flooring up and lay durable wood flooring, like a LOT of the restaurants on the Northside. Plus the 2 guy employees, looked like they didn't have purpose and a sense of direction. Get It Together Owners!!

Was the best Pizza I've had in past few years. Tasted fresh and not greasy and the staff there was so nice and welcoming. Defineltly recommend this Pizza Hut!

Where do I start? I ordered one large pepperoni and One large beef. I had a delivery order that was never delivered. I had to drive to pick up the pizza, but the pizza was not there because the driver did not arrive back at the store yet. The driver clanged the GPS auto corrected itself twice I insured she had the correct address both times I even pinned my location For her. I stood outside for 15 minutes because she kept saying she was in my apartments. While standing outside, I receive multiple mosquito bites. I called the store. They put me on hold and never came back. I tried my best to help the driver with directions, but she just couldn’t understand and she couldn’t work a GPS. I had to drive to pick up my delivery order, I was not happy. when I finally got my pizza 15 minutes after I got to the store, it was freezing cold. The store claimed they would refund, but I haven’t received anything back when I finally got the pizza home. I realized they didn’t even give me pepperoni. It was just a burnt cheese pizza and a burnt beef pizza, I was over it.

Pizza was definitely cooked perfectly but the staff in the back was very loud and using inappropriate words while customers was in the front multiple people left because of how loud and inappropriate words they was using definitely not good for business

Please go to the Pizza Hut in Lake city INSTEAD of this location. The “manager Candace” (if that’s even her real name) has the nastiest attitude ever. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, I decided to check on my application. I asked the cashier could I speak with the hiring manager and the manager yells across the room “business hours are 9-5”! Be that as it may, as a manager, one must maintain a level of professionalism at all times. Yelling across the room at anybody is rude and highly disrespectful. She could’ve come over to me and told me when she preferred to be contacted vs yelling across the room. Anyway, I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend my money at an establishment who doesn’t want my business. Candace, if you read this, I just want you to know that you are exactly what I called you over the phone. You’re rude and very disrespectful and I will be sure to go above and beyond to let your boss know who is running his store in his absence. I will never return and when business declines, he should thank you for it.
