I was driver for the day and soon as I came in no welcome or hello I'll be rite with u. I just waited for 5 minutes. I said excuse me and there was reply.( I am getting order) I can assume this was the manger. I just let the other drivers tell me how to get my order and the procedure they had in place to proceed to pick up for door dash. It was time consuming. Then got out to my car and one of employees was outside with his girlfriend blocking cars from leaving I did sy anything I thought she.was waiting on a.parking spot. But still was yelling insults at me because I look that way. OK I'm just trying to get out and do my job. I see why there is no store no or name on the place because I'll never accept from them again. They are unprofessional and don't want to work there at all.

They didn’t get my order correct. They don’t resolve issues, they will just gaslight you into believing it was your fault. They Feel as though they don’t make mistakes. Managers are dismissive and don’t provide effective solutions to resolve issues or any complaints. Just deal with it I guess!
I ordered my food and was starting prep at 5:18 and its 6:00 and its still being prepared it says and all of the workers are going slow and the people that ordered behind me they put there pizzas in the oven first, very upsetting im so disappointed. I just wanted to have a quick dinner for the kids after a long day at work…

I placed an online order for the Big Dinner Box with pasta, totaling $36.90, plus a $7 tip for the driver. Unfortunately, my experience with this location was extremely disappointing.
First, I only received half of my order—no pasta was included. I attempted to call the store at 770-477-1466, but the service I received was unacceptable. When I asked to speak with someone at the location, I was treated poorly and my concerns were not addressed.
For $36.90, I expected either a refund or a replacement for my missing items, but neither was offered. If this store is franchised, I will be reaching out to whoever oversees this location because the lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Your team either needs retraining on customer service or a clearer policy regarding delivery issues. Customers should not have to pay for incomplete orders, nor should they be dismissed when raising valid concerns.
I will not be ordering from this location again. Shame on you for such a terrible experience. I have also contacted the BBB

Got to be one of the sorriest pizza huts ever!!! All these pizza huts in Atlanta. A little bit of snow on the ground they shut down, after they take your order and money then lie to you about maintenance or some other shit. On top of that they dont want to refund your money like they gave you some food for it!!!!! Instead of a refund they gave us a gift card so we have to spend the money with them instead of take our business else where.

That location needs to close. I purposely went to Pizza Hut for a different taste of pizza, I usually go to Dominos when in ClayCo, and I want a Large Meat Lovers, Large Chicken Lovers, and a Large Veggie Lovers, no Chicken Lovers available, plus the place looks like it's transitioning, I don't know what?? But, I don't think corporate would be happy seeing this location in the condition it is, carpet tile?? Need to pull that musty, molded flooring up and lay durable wood flooring, like a LOT of the restaurants on the Northside. Plus the 2 guy employees, looked like they didn't have purpose and a sense of direction. Get It Together Owners!!
