I place an order and paid for the order. I made the order for carry out since the don’t deliver to my neighborhood. They took my money and will not refund me and I never gory food or my money back. Worst place ever.

Don’t bother with this Pizza Hut. They don’t give a damn. We walked in and waited a while. No one came to the front. My husband had to go knock on the kitchen door to get someone to come out. There was one person visible in the back on her phone. Next thing you know it’s 3 or 4 people running around in the back as if they were working the whole time. There were no apologies for the wait. The young lady who finally helped us was a sweetheart. I wish I’d gotten her name. The food was ok. At least it was hot and fresh. We dined in. The carpet was old and looked water damaged. There was a panel falling off of the wall. I don’t think the tvs worked. When we left we could smell the restroom so if you sit in the little area waiting for pick up it may spoil your appetite. I’m not very picky but I do expect a clean area and good food when spending money. We will not be back.

The general manager was so unprofessional very rude had me waiting over 20 minutes and never acknowledged me when I walk in they continued making pizza this is very unacceptable and I run a fast food restaurant never seen so poor customer service and all had the same attitude it was 10:30 I place my order on 11/08/2025 she don’t care about her job and she most definitely didn’t mine loosing a customer like me and spent over 30$ there

Ordered pizza for my 35th birthday. It was amazing.
I ordered pizza at this location a couple hours ago and sent my daughter to pick up not knowing that if you come after 15 or 20 min they throw your order away whether you paid or not which is understandable if that's in pizza hut policy, but what I don't appreciate is the unnecessary attitude and the neck rolling that came with it as if you thought I was upset after I asked my daughter to ask a female worker while I was on the phone with my daughter how do I get my money back. That's all I was concerned about after she said what she said. I swear people be in customer service position that they don't qualify for mentally and socially. Why apply to customer service jobs if you have the attitude as if you don't want to be there? I definetly won't be back at all. Pizza Hut please don't reply back with your automated messages its always gone be sum BS. That female is going to continue being there even after this review.
