My son ALmando and I came here for a mother and son date today. Everyone was nice and the food was a lot and delicious. I really hope that they open up a food truck because people need to know the goodness of their candied yams. Inside was beautifully decorated in honor Officer Armando Mendoza and while I waited for my food I was able to peacefully reflect on their memories of him through pictures and his mementos. This is probably one of the best local restaurants in this area. I had the chicken and waffles and I was so happy I ordered it. The size and presentation was on point and I must say they give a lot of restaurants who service brunch a run for their money! I will be back!
Never ate here but it looks to die for and I'm sad they are closed because now I'm craving it all
