Man when I tell you this is the worst restaurant chain . Who hired this fat man . It’s food and plates all over the tables and he just sitting there asking employees for silverware. First off when you walk in it stinks . Fire the manager asap . The place make red lobster a bad name . Is corporate not seeing these reviews this place stinks . I will be calling the health department. I was in the place earlier today . The bar was so dirty . Dirty crumbs and everywhere . No business fire the whole staff . I used to love this brand . But this location is nasty . Corporate you should be ashamed to let a business run like this

Food was soooo bland. I had so much food, but all of it was nasty and bland!! I did like the lobster flatbread and biscuits! Service was .... well, they were busy so I guess I will give them grace in that.Atmosphere... it was freezing cold in the back where I was seated and really hot in the front in a different section... biggest waste of 75$

I came to this restaurant on April 1 with a friend of mines , when we arrived to the restaurant all the employees were outside , that should have been our sign then to leave because who’s inside taking care of the customers! But we still took a chance and went inside! So we got inside and got seated by the host! The waitress brought us a sweet tea and coke ! My friend notice that it was dried up cheese in my cup , so I pick up the cup and it was so much cheese in the cup like they got it from another table and filled it with Pepsi! So I waved the waiter down to come get the cup , and made her aware of what was going on. She went and got the manager Nate where we waited on him at a the hostess counter, Nate was very nonchalant on what was going on so we lefted in disbelief on what just took place! We’re both ex managers with serve safe certificates so we know what didn’t take place, starting from the front door to the kitchen down to the manager approaching us ! We hope this review open eyes to this location!

My experience was Horrible. There was a number of things that could have been better but when the server brings out dirty dishes it’s disgusting. My friend ordered a coke and I ordered a sweet tea as my friend was sipping her drink I noticed something on her cup it was dried up cheese throughout her glass. We spoke with the Manager Nate then we left I will never patronize at this establishment again

I have been to several red lobsters in my life And I have never felt so judged and insulted in all my life. First the hostess directly disregarded my instructions for seating. I had my 4 month old son with me and he was in a stroller. I asked her to sit me somewhere his troller would fit and not be in the way. She insisted on a seat center aisle. As soo. As we sat down a server comes and instructs her to move us cause his stroller would be in the way. Next after we sat down about 5 minutes later Donte our server comes up and ask for my order I give it to him. Only after I asked another server about my drink he walks up with after I have watched him go to another table beside three separate times and never bring my drink. He then asks me how much money I had on my gift card that he noticed was sitting beside me and suggested maybe I get something else cause I may not have enough money for it. So I left. Worst service EVER!!! AND FYI I HAD $100 I'm sure it would have paid for my shrimp salad and mushrooms!!

It was birthday surprise for me from my children. When we were seated we ordered our drinks the server was cool, so it’s been a while,so it’s time to order our food. We ordered and the food was awful. My lobster looked and smelled raw, my son’s lobster had hair on it. My son gets a fresh one , I had the Ultimate feast, so I had a lot to choose from on my plate. My shrimp linguine was dry. The rice was still hard I ate the shrimp skewers. Broccoli was overcooked. I ate some of my loaded baked potato I didn’t even touch my steak., I go to take a bite of my lobster and it’s raw taste like it just came out of the ocean and he cut it, and just probably rinse it off in hot water. I told the manager that the lobster is raw undercooked no seasoning not even salt. Was on this lobster, I asked for a new one, and he replied sure as my son is eating his fresh lobster that had hair in it me and my other children are laughing and Waiting for my lobster when my lobster arrives we leave the establishment and come home. Continue to enjoy my birthday evening and now that I’m ready to eat. I pull out that lobster and it’s the same bitten raw undercooked lobster that I was supposed to have been replaced.. we spent over 300 dollars and I would not refer request, or eat. at red lobster in Jonesboro Georgia EVER!!?
