Terrible customer service the lady with the lashes makes you go to the drive thru and wait longer for pick up orders because she doesn’t want to come outside and do her job then over talking the man at the drive thru because I asked for a manager. Then she said she was the manager smh fyi very nasty attitude.

Tried to pickup an order for Uber.... Not only was the employee irritated that I was there, he said they had already been closed since before they ordered. ( And 3 other people had tried to get the same order before me) I was there at 12:15, online says they don't close till 1.... So either online is wrong or the employees just close when they feel like it and I lost time and money because of it.

Sonic is so good everytime. Most locations are never over packed. Its always easy to get food. The food is always hot and delicious. My favorite drink is the Ocean wave drink. Best fast food spot for sure.

The young lady taken out order had an attitude. It almost seemed like we was bothering her. The burger was good, but the fries tasted like they were warmed up or refried.Soaked in grease. My daughter had chicken tenders and todds. She said one of the chicken strips was burnt, and they left out her corn dog, which we didn't find out until we got home. Having been to sonic's in about eight months now.I remember why.

I do pickup orders and every single time I get an order from this location something is wrong. Whoever is in charge here needs to do a better job. Just tired and I refuse now to come to this location for business and for personal reasons. Tonight was the last straw and the last bit of time and gas this place has cost me. I look forward to the day this location is closed down.

This has to be the WORST sonic out of all the Sonic’s. If you come in the morning there’s no one there, you come at night you can only get ice. JUST TERRIBLE!

This is a fast food place but don't come here for food!! They never have anything! They have you pull up to the window and start to inform you what they don't have. This is the second time... Who manages this place??????
Just left here, ordered two pretzels and a medium m&m blast. Was brought my pretzel and said they were waiting on ice cream. I pulled off once they gave it to me, only to notice that the $6 blast is practically a liquid. I tasted the slushy like blast, and I’m pretty sure their milk/cream or whatever that use is expired. I have never tasted a more sour ice cream in my life. It almost tastes carbonated. Not to mention they didn’t put the lid on all the way, so it almost spilled all in my truck because it was 100% liquid two minutes later. I will never go here again. And I will encourage others to do the same. Lazy establishment with poor quality products.

Wished I would've read these comments before I came to this place! New to this area and just left this place. I knew from how I was greeted at the drive tru I should've drove off! Nevertheless I ordered anyway. Customer service is nonexistent, I got seemingly old food and to add insult this woman ask if I wanted my change back! As an ex restaurant manager I can't understand why are yall giving these lazy, irresponsible people jobs? From these comments on here this has been an ongoing problem, yet it still exists. So that tells me NOONE gives a damn! I don't need Noone telling me to contact the manager because it's obvious he/she could care less! I will never ever come back here again! Sad!!

this has to be the worse sonic in georgia in regards to service. i have to wait 1 hr to get a drink i ordered online ordered 3:07 it is 3:20 still no drink. i try to bypass this location. it’s the same crappy service ever single time. never have a problem at any of the other locations
