Awful service for a drive thru, it honestly doesn’t make sense, only customers are outside waiting and the process is still as slow as could be. then have attitude for making me wait over 15 minutes to even speak to place my order. Crazy how customer service just doesn’t exist anymore in places like this. If u don’t like the job u have…find another one simple!

102141 Elijah I had two separate orders one was paid in cash. He charged my card in full and gave me the change in cash for what it should have been and tried to picket the $11 in change! Then, before I pulled off he had the nerve to ask for a tip even tho he just stole one! The food was cold and someone in line before us not only complaining but pulled off before getting their food. Absolutely poor judgement of hiring. The bread on the sandwich wasn't even toasted it was on Texas "toast" with no toast. Absolutely absurd. Extremely disappointed! Will never return if I see him again.

Ordered some loaded fries, they gave me about ten short hard fries with cheese onions and peppers, it was $4.00 and all I tasted was cheese which is ok but I wanted fries too. Instead of them giving me more fries or a refund I had to wait to speak to a manager and then she decide to give me more fries when they could’ve did that from jump. And made me wait ten mins for that

This place sucks!!! I was the first one in line restraunt just opened the cashier said it would be a minute the food wood be fresh...lies my burger was cold to the touch the pattie looked like it had been there since who knows how long hot dog was also cold. Terrible place never again
