General manager is unprofessional. I order two meals and wanted to change one item and was told I could not do so and I could not exchange it even though I’m paying for it. I was also told that the store is being audited. That is no fault of the customer. Audits happen when the employees are negligent. Terrible experience will not recommend until they find new management

Whoever the guy manager is with pink hair that’s there at 12:00 pm right now sucks . My man ordered me the wrong food before even paying I asked him to change it this manager says theres no way we can change our order cause there store is being audited so we’re not allowed to change it because it hurts the store but how dare you not let me change my order when it hasn’t even been paid for yet ? He basically refused to service us because I wanted something different now he has to throw everything away when he could have just gave me what I wanted like any other food place would . My man asked him could he just take it off and the manager said no so he wouldn’t change it or take it off like huh It’s always an issue at this location for some reason cause what does an investigation or an audit has to do with me changing my order & yes I’m calling corporate next .

First off it says they close at 1am…we pulled up at 11 & the girl says “uber eats or DoorDash only”. So then, we go to the app and there isn’t any ice cream on there for us to even order it. Then the girl say “umm did you hear me” with the nastiest tone ever. We rode around to the window & they just chillin around….0/10 recommend this location.

Located in the hood. Placed order. No one came out to tell me the slushies weren't right. After I got tired of waiting, I went in the drive thru line and was told the slushies were watery. They could have been proactive in letting me know sooner.

I ordered a small shake today and while the shake was handed to me it spilled over my car , hand and ground . The boy walk away like nothing happened. I sat and waited almost 5 minutes till a lady came and ask me what was wrong . She fix me another shake . I’m never coming back.

Just go to the one in Fayetteville. Service is always slow. This location Always has a staffing issue. Waiting 30-40 minutes for a mobile order placed is ridiculous. They can At least come out and let you know something.

The slushies had no flavor, they were not made properly. Through the window we could hear the female manager going off. She was complaining about working and we were the only ones in the drive thru. She had one other customer waiting outside so not sure what she was upset about. We didn't even ask her remake them we just left. Won't be going to that location again.

This was the worst experience I ever had. They didn’t have drinks. The toast was barely toasted and the burger patty was not a sonic patty it’s like they bought the bulk patties in a box from Walmart or Grover.

Placed order for online pickup and waited 20 minutes in an online pickup stall,and finally I went inside and they told me to get in the drive thru lane another 15 minutes. I received bad customer service and attitude when I inquired about the status of my order. Inside was not very clean looking and several repairs needed. Also when I finally received my order from cheeseburger was cold. It has to be my worst Sonic experience that I ever received. Very disappointing. I will never go back to that one again.
