Southern Fusion Bistro

My family and I had brunch at this lovely restaurant and the experience was amazing, our server was Honey who I actually believe is the owner as well, she was such a sweetheart and was very personable and made us feel as if we’ve known her before that day, she literally sat with us and ran down the menu to us, from what was popular, to the best drink, she was such an amazing help, not to mention the customer service from the entire staff was a 100/10 also. The food just as amazing to match the experience, I had the blackened salmon with the pepper jack grits 10/10, I had the sweet potato waffle 10/10, I had the seafood beggars as an appetizer 10/10, and I the peach Palmer to drink 10/10… when I tell you the food was BOMB! Y’all gotta give them a try ?

My family and I dined in at Southern Fusion Bistro, the owner/our server had the best customer service I ever received at a restaurant ! She was very complimentary and informative. She gave us the best food suggestions. We throughly enjoyed our food! Ten out of ten I definitely recommend!

I tried this place based on its reviews. The service was great the space was clean and our server gave great menu recommendations. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious ? I only took one pic of the appetizer the food was too good I forgot ? try the sweet potato waffle!

Don’t sleep on this restaurant! Great customer service, Southern Hospitality and most of all DELICIOUS FOOD! My favorite were the chicken (whole wing) and pancakes (peach toppings) and the peach palmer drink… ummmm ummmm good! Sweet Potatoes waffle and peach French toast did not disappoint! Oh and did I mention the SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY was A1!!!

We came for breakfast and OMG!! The food was AMAZING!!! I had catfish and grits(w/pepperjack). It was so good. I don't normally eat cheese in my grits, but I ate the whole bowl!! Then the mixed greens, which I wasn't sure I would like was SOOOO GOOD! I didn't even need any hot sauce.
The peach palmer drink is a must!!
There was no wait. Honey was our server and the owner. She is the best server I have had in a long time.
Get here and be ready for some great food.

Service was very friendly, but unfortunately the kitchen was very slow. 2 hours for breakfast/brunch is too long.
The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious.

Just left Southern Fusion Bistro with a full stomach and a smile on my face ? The food was a 10/10 ( the fried collard egg rolls and mini crab balls were excellent) The service was quick and attentive.The restaurant was small but not over crowded with tables and chairs. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

I went here with my family when the restaurant opened up early the owner was so kind and let us in as they started to get the restaurant ready. We had the biscuits and gravy, catfish and grits,salmon and grits and the chicken and waffles it was so delicious and so yummy. We will definitely be returning g 10/10 if I could.

Although the door said carry out only they sat us and everyone else that walked in. Owners were super sweet and informative about their menu. We started with the mixed greens eggrolls, now I don't even eat green outside of my family but this was excellent. They are served with a chili dipping sauce that works well with it. We had the big breakfast with the sweet potato waffle (amazing), and the fried chicken dinner with mac and yams. Everything was good, all drinks are bottled and parking is no issue as it's in a plaza. They also make 85% of their items from scratch. He said they made the syrup, now i was curious so one of us had to get a waffle lol, it didnt disappoint. We'll definitely be back!
