I love this location! The young lady with the dreadlocks, I didn't get her name, she was working at the window this morning, but she is very sweet with a humble spirit! Great customer service and my drink was made with love. Thank you for a great experience.

When I ordered my iced coffee, no one was in line. I watched 11 customers get their drink before me. They didn't have my drink order down. The employee asked me what I had and no one had a clue of my order even though I had my receipt and the cashier assured them of my order. By far, one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Do not utilize the drive-thru pickup option, especially for mobile orders! I had to wait 30+ minutes to reach the window, by the time I did my Frappuccino was nearly melted. The cashier didn’t offer an explanation as to why the wait was so long, nor an apology. If I had the time, I definitely would’ve had them remake it.

The drive thru wait time was terrible, my danish that I ordered was burned, and when I arrived at the window after being in line for over 10 minutes my coffee still was not ready and served cold even though it was supposed to be a hot latte.The barista had poor manners, did not apologize for the inconvenience, nor provide a receipt. I will not be returning to this location.

7 employees with no order what so ever. No one ever took my order after standing in line for several minutes then one walk over takes an order then walks away to continue making other orders and this was after she took trash out. To not have a dedicated cashier is ridiculous for a Starbucks. I will never return to this location but it was to be expected at the Morrow location. Piss poor management. Do better

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever been to & today will make the last time I ever go. The staff is what makes it so bad — constantly behind on orders &/or constantly messing up orders! And when I say constantly, I mean it. I only go to this location because I work in the County but I much rather drive all the way down to the Eagles Landing location to complete my orders.
