If your a normal starbs daily drinker DO NOT STOP HERE. Gas station coffee taste better.
Waited for someone to acknowledge me at the register. Guy finally took my order no one greeted you no one bubbly like all locations I've ever been to. Guy didnt know what to do someone took over seemed irritated they had to help. There were no napkins, 6 short straws available and the whole place reeked of bleach, the woman bleach mopping the floor put the mop on the counter where they put your food and drinks.... I didnt try my drink till we were on the highway and it tasted like burnt coffee milk.... I even tipped. This place should close if no one cares to be here. Disappointing.... coffee wasnt even full either.

Very slow. Any good rating here is a friend of an employee, clearly. Expect to wait 30+ min if you go in the morning and want anything other than coffee. They got one extra star because it’s the only Sbux within a huge radius. But with 9 people working back there it took over 20min to get a dark roast. That’s just coffee. Also, I ordered a dark roast with oat milk and a double bacon sandwich, and had to repeat it 3x. I don’t speak quietly.
Use to come here 3-4x a week but this location fell off bad. Staff use to be great. Last time about 8 months ago I did a mobile order i waited 1 hr in the am… everyone in front of me got their order asked them multiple times about my order no other response then carrying on… was very patient and sat there in front of them. never got anything asked for refund store manager asked me i dont wanna wait? I was speechless lol. Gave them another chance and i went again today did the same thing told the girl my name and she carried on. I waited 45 mins the whole drive thru got their order and the whole lobby was cleared and everyone after me got their order. Nobody bothered to ask anything staring at me wait i just went ahead and asked for a refund. Cashier apologized and all i said was yall did this last time too tried to offer something but i just left. I wont be back to this location.

3rd time it takes 50 minutes going through drive-thru. no reason why it should take this long this often. not to mention the drinks being made wrong and having to wait longer to get them remade

I ordered something new for me and Kai assured I wouldn't be disappointed. He was right, thank you so much Kai! I have two new items to add to one of my regular orders. He was pleasant the whole time. Keep it up my guy✨️

The worst location yet, wait is always long like 35-45 minutes in drive thru and they don’t speak on the speaker until 15 minutes and then you pay for your food and they tell you they don’t have it unfortunately they gave the last one away in the inside 😕 unprofessional

I ask for ice matcha and they told me they couldn’t make it cause they don’t have ice matcha to make…. All my other Starbucks always has matcha stocked why is this Starbucks saying they don’t. Crazy and the line in the morning is slow…
I placed a mobile order for a macchiato at 7:38am and did not receive it until 8am with hardly no waiting customers inside and drive thru was wide open. It seems every time I’ve come to this location lately, the service gets slower. That is simply UNACCEPTABLE for a coffee. Do better! No cup of coffee should ever take 20 MINS.

09/09/2025. I order a coffee and asked for change for a $10. They gave some stupid and silly excuse talking about having to get a manager. If I paid with a $20, she would have had to give me change. Never visiting this location again. I also need to add I failed to read the reviews at this location. This location has a lot of RECENTLY POSTED ONE-STAR reviews. Incompetence is the number one complaint.
