The worst location yet, wait is always long like 35-45 minutes in drive thru and they don’t speak on the speaker until 15 minutes and then you pay for your food and they tell you they don’t have it unfortunately they gave the last one away in the inside 😕 unprofessional

I ask for ice matcha and they told me they couldn’t make it cause they don’t have ice matcha to make…. All my other Starbucks always has matcha stocked why is this Starbucks saying they don’t. Crazy and the line in the morning is slow…

I placed a mobile order for a macchiato at 7:38am and did not receive it until 8am with hardly no waiting customers inside and drive thru was wide open. It seems every time I’ve come to this location lately, the service gets slower. That is simply UNACCEPTABLE for a coffee. Do better! No cup of coffee should ever take 20 MINS.

09/09/2025. I order a coffee and asked for change for a $10. They gave some stupid and silly excuse talking about having to get a manager. If I paid with a $20, she would have had to give me change. Never visiting this location again. I also need to add I failed to read the reviews at this location. This location has a lot of RECENTLY POSTED ONE-STAR reviews. Incompetence is the number one complaint.
