I’ve been to this place a handful of times and only eat here when I have a deal. I work in the area and don’t have a car so I have to rotate my options. My biggest issue with this place is the lack of meat they put on their sandwiches. You see the cheese before the meat and literally have to pay for extra meat to get a decent portion. I normally order ahead and it’s always the same thing.by the time you eat the sandwich down it’s like a salad on bread. The inside is nice usually clean and quiet. The staff is pretty normal but the rationing going on really give subway a bad name. Like I said I only eat when I have a deal never pay full price in less I’m going to go ahead and pay for extra meat. I’ll come back with an updated post and photo next time. I’m sure the sandwich will be making then too.

I placed an online order at the wrong location (my mistake). However, I called the location and asked if it was possible to cancel/refund my order because I was 30 minutes away. The Manager said her name was Ale and she had no idea how to do refunds or cancel orders that I would have to contact corporate. I asked for the corporate information, but was told that she had no idea what it was. I asked a few times was there anything that she could do she told me no. I went to the location anyways which was 30 minutes away and my order was sitting on the counter. I asked if it could be remade simply because it was just sitting with mayo and mustard on it and soggy bread. Ale said no, that’s not her problem. Again, I asked could I just be refunded because I no longer wanted the food. She said no, and still did not remake it. I ended up leaving with no food and no money back.

Anytime I normally come here from the last 10 times, it's a really great place sandwich making wise and the workers are all right most of the time. I just came in with two new workers on shift, one was polite, patient, and trying to figure things out but in a healthy pleasant way. The other one was acting like an annoying high school 17-year-old girl who's popular on her phone and can't be bothered with anybody.. this was like a 70-year-old man to bothered to deal with customers. July 10th 2024. This person tried me, gave me an attitude in my face with audibility + visibility, stole my third coupon instead of telling me I can't use it/giving it back/asking me which one I want to use. He placed he most inconvenient coupon on me instead of the one that would make a difference on the final price, he chose the ones that would be free and not really help, couldn't even be bothered to do separate transaction like I said and he asked about 4 times, acting like he couldn't understand me but really he was just annoyed and didn't want to deal with anything as he had showed with his first annoyed display and being on his phone, and now I'm at the point where I want to throw hot sauce in their face after all the good visits before this new dude. Everyone else outside of the man did everything fine except for stealing the coupon with agreement. I am going to return to this establishment as they make good sandwiches but I will be treating them with a way more stank attitude for this switch up. All they have to do is avoid trying to give that attitude back when I'm there next time and everything will be good.. They all mutually stole my coupon, let's not get that wrong but the way he treated me as a customer alone, if I would have punched them in his face then he would have earned that but that's not what happened so have a good day. I hope he's gone soon with that nature.

Didn’t go by instructions at all . Once I bring it to their attention they still tried to give me the same sandwich that I just told them it was wrong. Then had to wait 15 more minutes for them to redo it an it still was wrong . The bacon wasn’t cooked even after I put in the description and I told them when they had to redo the sandwich. This location has the worst customer service I asked for avocado a prep person rolled her eye's a responded where do you see avocado here I laughed an walked away ! Wasn’t wasting a penny in that store . Idk who does the hiring in these places but they need to see who they hire that location is like every employee is unhappy guess it’s the pay . Maybe that’s why they never have avocado spread ??‍♀️

They didn't take my $3.99 subway issued coupon because the employee said the location only accepted the $6.99 & the $8.99 coupons. They really should have a sign on the door saying they only accept certain coupons at that location.

This location is so rude. As me and my daughter are walking in 40 mins before they close. The worker walks up to the door and locks it. No explanation. Just shakes her head and locks the door. What a wonderful representation of the Subway brand
