I already had a bad Day, I don’t know if it’s me, but I had a bad experience here aswell. I really don’t like being looked down on or mistreated. The lady im guessing she’s Indian is Rude. I was trying my best to understand what she was saying, I asked her a question and she kept saying certain words I didn’t understand, I said “im sorry?” So she could repeat it again so I could understand, but instead she looked at her co worker with an annoyed look and stayed silent. I just wanted to see if they were hiring. After she looked at her co worker annoyed, she said no hiring, I already had a hard time today, I didn’t need this attitude either.

I will not visit again they skimp on the meat 2 times I went 12 dollars a sandwich for bread and veggies that I had to ask for a little more a footlong she put 3 tomatoes if I could give zero stars I would place was clean.

My last order through app I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken terryaki bowl and asked for a lil extra in special instruction and my bowl was like a cold disgusting soup - I will never use app again last 2 orders were not what I ordered and it's sad for the money what a waste

Everytime i order from this place there's a problem. Either im not getting my whole order or im missing items. This place needs to be shut down. Stop taking deliveries, you never fulfill them, and we lose money. No one fixes anything or refund us. will u listen if i call a lawyer and the health board?

This location scored a 75 on their last inspection. Which I was told the score is from 3 weeks ago. Well as we all know if they have a score of 75 and 3 weeks have passed and either they are lying about they haven't received the reinspection yet means that whatever caused them to get the 75 3 weeks ago . They still haven't fixed the problems. Beware do not eat at this location !!!!!!

I've been here 3 times in the past couple weeks to give them a fair chance. First time only had 1 kind of bread and it was so stale. All 3 times there wasn't half the toppings and they keep the metal hood up so you can't see the meat or how little they actually put on the brick hard bread. For me 3 strikes and you're out. I will never go here again. I'll be more than happy to go right down the other side of Kroger to American Deli for their sub or drive the 3 miles further to the next Subway.

Store is not answering there phone and told my delivery person that I canceled my order and will not make it. Terrible service and poor customer service. Never will recommend this store and will never even order from here again.
