My last order through app I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken terryaki bowl and asked for a lil extra in special instruction and my bowl was like a cold disgusting soup - I will never use app again last 2 orders were not what I ordered and it's sad for the money what a waste

Everytime i order from this place there's a problem. Either im not getting my whole order or im missing items. This place needs to be shut down. Stop taking deliveries, you never fulfill them, and we lose money. No one fixes anything or refund us. will u listen if i call a lawyer and the health board?

This location scored a 75 on their last inspection. Which I was told the score is from 3 weeks ago. Well as we all know if they have a score of 75 and 3 weeks have passed and either they are lying about they haven't received the reinspection yet means that whatever caused them to get the 75 3 weeks ago . They still haven't fixed the problems. Beware do not eat at this location !!!!!!

I've been here 3 times in the past couple weeks to give them a fair chance. First time only had 1 kind of bread and it was so stale. All 3 times there wasn't half the toppings and they keep the metal hood up so you can't see the meat or how little they actually put on the brick hard bread. For me 3 strikes and you're out. I will never go here again. I'll be more than happy to go right down the other side of Kroger to American Deli for their sub or drive the 3 miles further to the next Subway.

This store have people with very nasty attitudes and will not make the sandwich the way you want it. I will not be revisiting this location. A star is too good for this location.

Order meatball toasted .when arrived home to eat not toasted bread soggy.Brought back to correct error. Person just placed in toaster oven no new bread. I left after that to not cause turmoil . However that will be last time going to that location of 8103 Tara blvd. 6142 Old Dixie hwy Forest park ,ga 30297 100 percent better consumer service. Also pays attention to toasted sandwiches. Instead of lie stated he toasted when I was in store and he was at register while lady was fixing sandwich. It is a pitiful that grown individual can't own what was done in error.

Stale bread, not my order: no cheese, no cucumber, no pickles. Lettuce was browning, and almost rotting. I wanted it toasted and I'm not sure if it was since the bread was to stale and hard to tell

You know what’s crazy ? ordering food through the subway app and being a time to expect the food to be ready. Paying for it through the app because it doesn’t give the option to pay in person. The. Going to pick up the food to see what’s going on because the tracker never updated and no one is answering the phone. So I get to subway and it’s closed ??‍♀️. I was charged for a meal I never received. I check the hours on the door and it didn’t show any changes. I even looked for a note to be posted on the door saying it was closed for the day, or that someone will be back soon. I don’t eat subway often. I’ve have too many bad experiences with dry or over toasted bread ??‍♀️ not from this location as of yet. This definitely got me upset and nervous about preordering food. Now I have to wait for a refund after my money should have never went through in the first place to a business that either closed early or for the day.

So many reason not to get food at this subway. I ordered a pick up. Alerted that it was ready. Not greeted at all. Fine. That's cool. Arrived to not only was my sandwiches not already made but still had to wait for 3 more ppl to go. Totally fine but then I realized that the order that they were making for me was sitting on the counter little half way done with one of the sandwiches having a damn receipt sitting on the top. I told them. I'm not eating that. Then the sandwiches were supposed to have more meat. Literally less meat than a regular sandwich. The store is a wreck with stuff thrown about. God! I hate this place!

I came into this establishment at 9:15 p.m. when I walked in the young lady just looked at me and a gentleman came from the back ask was I picking up.i told him I wanted to order he told me they were closed,But if I had cash they could make my food.the door store hours say they close at 10p.m. It’s 9:15pm and your closing the store.you didn’t even say I’m short of food or staff just you closed.This is unacceptable for a business
