the lil girl working there was rude and nasty for no reason. she wasn’t even listening to understand she was listening just to argue. i told her clear as day that i ordered my food online, through the website for the meal of the day. i said i wasn’t doordash, i wasn’t uber eats, it was my own order. she goes, “well they was supposed to tell you we ain’t got no tuna.” like girl, what?? 😒
instead of trying to accommodate me or offer any type of solution, they all just sat there looking dumb when i asked for a refund. no effort, no customer service, no nothing. if y’all don’t have something, update the website! don’t have people wasting money and time just to deal with attitudes. whole experience was unprofessional and trifling. i’ll take my money somewhere else.

I moved into a beautiful home and wanted to try the nearest Subway as opposed to going to a few I frequent before moving. I know it’s a franchise and have different owners. I called ahead and asked for them to accommodate my request. Mind you, I paid more than double on line just for what I wanted . ( it was paying for a sandwich without the ingredients inside) THIS OWNER, IF HE WANTS THIS BUSINESS TO Succeed, then HE WILL NEED TO BE A LITTLE MORE ACCOMMODATING. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW I HAVE TIES TO TWO FAMOUS PEOPLE. ITS IRRELEVANT, BUT I WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS SUBWAY.

Young man and woman working today 7/23/25 at 12:30pm. He didn’t even acknowledge me I guess because he was eating when i Walked in so he asked the young lady to take me. She was RUDE and mad about it slamming stuff and didn’t even look my way. She was in the back. Not sure if there was miscommunication about which of them should be completing orders but it makes no sense to be rude with the customers

I paid $10 for a turkey sub than tasted like tuna and it took 30 minutes to even get the sub. Very disappointing

I ordered and Hotshot Italiano subway. And was deliver a sandwich with everything on it but the meat. Call this store the only thing they can tell me is that I have to bring the sandwich up to the store. The whole purpose of me ordering it is because I don't have transportation. At least they could have offer me something to make up for their mistake.

I made an order online, and the website told me to arrive at 7:20 pm. When I arrived, a guy that works there called and told me they were now closed. Even though I arrived at the time given and the fact the website says they don't close until 8:00 PM. I put the order in a 7:00 and arrived at 7:20. A full 40 mins before they were supposed to close. If they knew they were gonna shut down early, they should've contacted me immediately after submitting my order and charging me. Overall this was very unprofessional and a terrible experience. I will not be going back.

Just came from subway 12:31pm . The young guy with the glasses is very AMAZING . Now the girl that’s on shift with him right now … uhm your attitude baby please fix it . One spolied apple can make it bad for the entire environment . The young guy interacts with customers and has very good customer service . In fact out of the 2 he’s the only one that spoke to me and made me feel welcomed. The girl just starred at me, no hey, no goodmorning. A bunch of standing in the corner rolling her eyes while the young man is working his butt off . BABY FIND A NEW JOB, seem like she hates the world because she has to wake up making sandwiches everyday A JOB SHE CHOSE ! .. have a great day .
