I’d like to take a second to recognize “Miss CC” who was running the drive-through today at 12:25 PM. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app and the app did not automatically change locations. Therefore, my order was at another restaurant. Miss CC was so nice and pleasant and made up my order for me at this restaurant where I was. She said that way, I didn’t have to deal with trying to cancel the order or get my money back from the bank. Either way, to me she saved me from some hassle. I appreciate it very much Miss CC. Taco Bell needs to fix their app so that it automatically changes to wherever you’re located. Also, Taco Bell needs to hire more nice employees like Miss CC. Thank you!!!!
The woman running the drive thru had amazing customer service skills. We had to go back around for one of our tacos and she gave us an extra one for the wait. Food was tasty, too.
Every time I come through, the manager is the person who helps me. She has always been pleasant to me. I don't know her name, but I know she's the manager at lunch time.

What is the point of ordering online if dashers orders are never on a timely manner. But drive thru orders just move as they come

The old lady manager, I was told her name is Missy, she is very rude. She ignored us with a stink face when we requested a freshly fried chalupa shell, instead of getting new shells from the freezer, she refried an old chalupa shell that was sitting there. 😠🤢. She was attitudy the whole time and practice sarcasm. And we are returning customers, She made the day a bad day to the point where We will never go there again. She gave my husband and the whole family nasty attitude. She shouldn't be a manager, no customer service skills.

03/11/25 8:31PM...Everyone in this establishment needs to be FIRED!!. MY HUSBAND WENT THRU DRIVE THRU AND THEY WAS RUDE AND PLAYING HE COULDNT EVEN PLACE HIS ORDER. HE JUST DROVE OFF AND WENT TO THE ONE IN HAMPTON. DAM SHAME. CORPORATE NEED TO REGULATE THEIR EMPLOYEES.. BAD SERVICE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS. ONLY IF I CAN GIVE THIS TACO BELL 0 STARS😡😡😡

Rude is an understatement when it comes to this establishment. The 2 women working in the front (specifically the one with locs in pigtails)need to find another job if they can’t handle several orders. I get it and been there before but it does not excuse the way you treat your customers. She threw the bag at the guy that was in front of me and ripped it and told him that he’s going to need another bag. The audacity!! She bagged his order again and threw it at the man yet again. There was also an older couple that had hearing aids that she was being completely rude to. This is such disgusting behavior!! I’m contacting corporate because if this is how Taco Bell perceives its company to be they should be shut down. Ridiculous.
I went in, ordered my food, waited 5 minutes, got my food, sat down in a very clean restaurant and ate.

Actually amazed. Because people just don’t give good service anymore. Thanks Tysheemah and the man who was also on staff tonight 1/25/25 well technically 1/26/25 because it’s 1:30 am) I can only imagine how stressful this could’ve been for you, but you all handled it like champs.
