I ordered TWO cinnamon delights as a pregnant woman and I get all the way to my destination and it’s ONE cinnamon delight in the bag. Oh i am so disappointed this place sucks.

Terrible experience. I thought people were exaggerating how bad this location is, but they weren't. I ordered pickup through uber eats twenty minutes before I needed it, thinking that would be enough time for them to complete the order (small order, only two meals). When I got to the store, it was completely empty both inside and in the drive through so I thought my food would definitely be ready, considering I had placed the order twenty whole minutes prior. I got inside (wasn't greeted), and waited for someone to come up to the front so I could pick up my food. I was surprised to learn they hadn't even started the order yet, even though they had NO OTHER ORDERS AND TWENTY MINUTES TO COMPLETE IT. After I finally got my food ANOTHER twenty minutes later, I left (without checking the order, my mistake). It was missing the taco from one of the meals, and the quesadilla wasn't cut at all. Thankfully I was able to go back and get my taco, but when I opened it, it was cold, even though it had just been made. I used to work at another location, so I get it can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but THERE WERE NO OTHER ORDERS GOING ON!! There's no excuse for this other than laziness. I won't be eating there again.

I was given my delicious food in a timely manner. I ordered $7.99 box with the hard taco, small plain nachos with cheese, soft small but thick chicken taco, and cheese bean beef burrito with Lemonade. I was full after eating the food in that order. I did add the hottest sauce to curve a little of my appetite.

Place is kind of dark on the inside but the service was fast and friendly. Update. Food has declined, my chalupa was stale and my beef and bean burrito was more like a bean burrito with a little beef. Last visit here for life

The service here is SO BAD. I asked for a manager and she was the worst one! Her name was Missy or Melissa/marissa something like that. I don’t know if they’re having a bad day or just hate their job but you can’t get an attitude with a customer for telling you forgot my order. I stood there for 8 minutes and nobody helped me just ignored. finally manager lady come just to dismiss me and walk off. The food wasn’t even worth it

This Jonesboro location messes up way too much for me. Taking my business to Riverdale store. I called to specifically make sure my burrito on my online order was grilled, and it ended up not making it in the bag at all. now I’m going back and forth on the phone with the manager Melissa, who claims I’m lying and she packed it herself? Eventually she told me to “call uber and have em send someone else out to get it” like ??
Plus a whole other item was messed up and she didn’t offer any apology at all, just said “oh we were out of that sauce.” Then communicate with the driver?? So they can let me know? If you eat here don’t use delivery service, they don’t prioritize online orders at all, they’ll just give you anything and tell you to call the delivery service or 1-800-TACOBELL.

K. Who works the drive thru is always awesome and i dont say this often really dont find great customer service often. Shes a natural .i have came to this location if shes not here i dont stay i took the chance bc i had a girft card to use she is awesome 😎 thanks k tacobell give her a raise

CC and Missy went above and beyond for us, the online order system somehow doubled up our order and CC was able to void it. Thank you ladies for helping and Missy was really sweet polite. Will come back here when I’m in town.
