MUSIC TOO LOUD! Can’t even think while trying to order … I’ll come back when they quiet down.
Got a cheesesteak and it was almost inedible. It wasn’t cut in half and they just the all the toppings on it so you could barely pick it up or eat it. Sandwich had a random pickle on it when I didn’t order pickles and hate them!

Dry and unwelcoming employees, especially the female manager(?). Customer service is none existent at this location. I can only imagine this attitude translates over into the food prep/sanitation. Will not be back.

Took too long burgers weren’t all that. Onion rings weren’t homemade.

I had an Uber Eats delivery. Food was poorly packaged, French fries all over the bag. Secret sauce container half empty

We went ahead and ordered online so the food would be ready upon arrival and had no idea there wasn’t an option to die in, which is insane considering we spent $30 between two people and only one meal (burger by itself as well). The burgers were decent, but the bacon was so undercooked, had a gamy taste to it, which was thrown out. They charged us for extra ranch/remoulade sauce after we had already bought one and it wasn’t even filled up a quarter of the way because “that’s the amount we would’ve put on the burger.“ The lady behind the counter and the young man were very pleasant, but that’s ridiculous. If I wanted ranch on my burger, I would’ve selected that option and it would’ve been free. I thought it was obvious that we paid extra for ranch to dip our fries in, but I guess not. I would give it a 6/10 overall, the Fayetteville location is for far better when it comes to your money being well spent as far as taste and price go.

Our office orders from this location often and unfortunately more times than not there is something wrong with our orders. It's a mile away, so its convenient. Overall we like the food, but the service is inconsistent. Most wings are ordered with dipping sauce . Today, we didn't get the ranch that come with the orders or the extra ranch we paid for. One person ordered extra crispy, all the orders are extra crispy. Food consistency and the quality of service is important.
We called and no one answered. Why?
New school burger place. You can either order online or on one of the two big screen monitors in the waiting area.
Ordering is pretty straightforward and easy on the screens. There is an abundance of options when choosing your BYOBurger. I went with double beef patties, bacon, fried egg, white American cheese, extra pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayo. I also ordered the Cajun crinkle fries.
The food is made to order so it does take some time when ordering in store. It comes out PIPING HOT! I thought I burnt my hand getting the food out of the bag at first.
The burger: meat was pretty good, bacon was excellent, egg was almost unnoticeable, pickles were pickles as well as the condiments, it was what you'd expect. Overall it was very tasty and filling (maybe too filling w/ the fries).
Cajun fries: honestly not great. Spices were good but the fries themselves were only okay (hence the 4 start, as opposed to 5 star review). My coworker ordered the sweet potato fries and they were also just okay. Maybe the burger overshadowed the fries that much?
Price: for two of us to eat burgers and fries it was over $45 including 20% tip. The food was pretty good, but honestly, I'm not sure it's $45+ for two people good. That being said I'd probably eat here again if I'm in the area; but may skip on fries.
Would I recommend THAT Burger Spot? Yeah, I would.

Burger was great. Would have liked more help figuring out the menu from an actual person because it was our first time there. But they were helpful when asked a direct question. Sweet potato fries were very crispy and seasoned well. Kids cheeseburger was a nice size as well.

The cheeseburger was delicious ? as well as the turkey burger. The cheese steak was A1. We were not too fond of the chicken sandwich.
