Food was ok will not be going back

The food is good the only thing I would say about this place is .The amount of oil that they make the sea food in can really be reduced alot .Way to much oil on the food and or bags they come in . Other then that the food is seasoned well always fresh n hot. And its an electric vibe when u go there to have a drink or dine in .

I had the best fried green bean there. I'll go back just for them.

I’m all about customer service and believe it or not, the staff at the Tara blvd location is amazing.

Just don’t mention Howell Mill to them lol.

Keke, Mia, and the manager Mrs. Bonita the manger is superb. Her attitude was amazing.

I can in and order my wings the wrong way but manager Bonita was very helpful she wasn’t aggravated or annoyed she just replaced it no questions asked and showed us how to actually order them correctly

Feel like we GOT scammed! The food is good, music great! Vibe good. Me and my husband took our two elementary girls out to eat. We was charged a party gratuity for two adults and two kids. I asked why was a gratuity added she said its mandotory for any party of four or more at this location. I have never in my life heard that! It was never disclosed or on the menu this was two kids and two adults we felt scammed. Crazy part was that wasn't necessary we ALWAYS tip would have tipped anyway, its the principal it was done so sneaky. If you dont have a extra $30 to tip! DONT go here! This was pretty sad.

We had an amazing experience, our server Tanya was very nice and always checking up. Food was delicious! 10/10 recommend, sadly we’re so far away but I would def make the drive to come back!

Ordered the number 10 with medium Juicy special Sunday on Mother's Day! What I received was not the juicy special. I asked for extra seasoning to help, nothing helped. This is the first time I've ever had a complaint at Juicy crab. The manager took off the boil but still charged me for the extra seasoning.
They automatically added gruitity of 18% for 2 people
The customer service was awesome. Shout out to Coby!

Use to be my favorite spot lately everytime I go seafood boils be TOOOOO SALTY!!! And it’s like that every time now gave me and my friends headaches real bad then you try to send it back the cook gets mad I would love to see him try to eat a bag full of spicy salt if we are paying our money 80 plus dollars what’s the problem.. everybody in the restaurant heard him yelling at the waitress for bringing the food back that was very unprofessional. He was acting like we was getting the food for Free while he backed up acting like Donald Trump.smh we will find a new Spot Preferably somewhere, where if something is wrong with our food, they don’t mind making it over without the backlash shaking my head do better

I ordered the combo shrimp and oysters with fries for pickup. When I arrived, the wait time was very short and the staff member who helped me was friendly and got my order out quickly, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the food itself was really disappointing. The oysters were mostly breading and completely soaked in grease—there was barely any actual meat. The grease was overwhelming to the point where it filled my mouth. The shrimp were okay, but also very greasy.

I went during my lunch break and didn’t have time to call or go back, which made it even more frustrating because I feel like I wasted my money. It’s already tough out here, and paying for food like that just made it worse.

I would really like the opportunity to have my order remade properly or receive a refund.
