I cant believe I have to post this.. I've been a die hard loyal Tims customer since the EARLY 1980s and this is the first time I had a bad experience EVER. I ordered 2 extra large coffees, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The service was nice. However as I waited for my coffee and bagel I couldnt help but notice that the back counter area was really kinda trashed! There were beans on the counters and on the machines, a concerning amout of spilled milk and coffee open containers and other debris on nearly every surface of the counters in back, mixing beverages at the cash register, it was bar none hands down the dirtiest Tim Hortans I've ever seen in 6 states and 45 years! Then the coffee came out.. One cup was good the other had no sugar.. none.. (this isnt ENTIRELY thier fault, the dispensers dont seem to be very reliable in the GA stores I think this is most likely due to the ambient humidity they work much better in NY and ontario) I asked them to doctor it up and they did quickly with no complaint. Then when I ate my bagel (no napkin in the bag?) I noticed the application of the cream cheese was.. well. Really sloppy. But after I ate my bagel I looked into the bag and saw the large strand of hair in the bagel packege stuck to some cream cheese. I hope I didnt eat the other one.. This was the part that necessitated this review. As a 40 year plus customer of this company I know for a FACT these problems are NOT the way timmies are run. I hate to even have to post this, but it was THAT bad!

I had a wonderful time here. I was able to get some studying done while I ate a sausage burrito and sipped on my pumpkin spice latte (both were delicious). Christy and Kia were super sweet and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable. I WILL BE BACK, PROMISE!!!

I was served by Christy and she was so patient and kind to me. The atmosphere was very chill, I went there with friends and both Christy and Kia were very kind to those whom I was with. Kia was also very sweet to me as I was leaving which was close to closing. Both were also very attentive. I will be coming back here

Since it’s opened, I’ve been here a numerous amount of times and I can say out of no less than 15 times, I’ve only liked the experience maybe 3. The customer service is rude and I think that’s pretty ridiculous for a newer establishment and on top of that this place is too new for me to be receiving breakfast sandwiches that are cold like somebody literally just threw it together. I love the food, but I can’t say the workers are the reason this place is ratings are so low and will continue to be

I went there for the first time and when i walked in and i wanted the reeses collab that was on the website and the workers looked so lost and confused, I was very excited but then it just when down hill, and i dont know how to explain the service because it was bad. The workers up front was so confused and didnt even make my drink right, she leaned against the counter lazily while i was ordering, my drink was messed up and she still gave it to me. I was so excited for it and was disappointed when I got there, the food was good i guess but the service and stuff was bad. The whipped cream was actually so ugly and messed up. The worker didnt even know barely what she was doing and was rushing for no reason and everything was just messed up. The whipcream was way to thick and wasnt even good. To be honest do not come here, go to another tim hortons.
