I had decided to take out my family for some Waffle House on January 26, 2026 around 9PM. 2 people were working a male and female, the male was patient the whole time. As soon as we walked in, there was a woman counting the store money and with a rude attitude she told us to seat spaced out, ok no problem. When she came to take our orders for drinks she had a very rude attitude towards my sister, as if she was pissed for us walking in the store. We got up and left, I told her to cancel our order and my sister confronted her on her attitude. Very bad customer service.

Food was delicious 🤤 and serve was good. The food was so tasty, I had to tip the cook. The place was clean. The waitress didn't add unnecessary fees to my bill(like the girl on my last visit, I just paid it though and went on my merry way). The orange juice tasted funny to me, that's my only mishap. I take my babies here for our bonding time.

The atmosphere was cool until a dude ran out on his ticket and the police was called. The food came fast but the waistess messed the order up twice it was fixed and she was sweet but I'm not going back

Better everytime. Katie and crew are on point EVERY TIME. I'm in there atleast once a week for a late lunch. My food is always prepared perfectly and quickly. The tables, floors, cooking area and bathrooms are always clean.
11:04pm These two were the joke of tonight. Lead by a mid age red head white guy was very rude. Paid for a meal with a drink. The drink was very nasty. Asked for an exchange and he said he’s not doing it. I was confused. Only receiving the drink less than two minutes. Maybe he should consider choosing a job that DOESNT require customers services. This type of person shouldn’t be allowed to cook over no one’s food. First time ever having issues at this particular area. But then again what do you expect!

I ordered online. When I got there, items were missing. I asked and the cook had a bad attitude. The waitress said nothing. I tried to get a refund online as the cook barked to me. After 20 minutes of trying, I stopped. I will never return. Mind you, I worked at different WH's over the years and this food and service is not the WH way
