This location has the worst customer service ever. When I enter the place I sit at a table to dine in, the Salesperson is just staring and rolling her eyes at me like I was a panhandler and like I wasn't up there to spend my money. Once she approached me, she asked me in an aggressive tone if I was ready to order. I use to work at the Waffle House years ago and we had to have great customer service at the location I worked at. Once she handed me my food and drink, she slammed it on the table and walks away really fast. Mind you I could've been anybody as well as a Secret Shopper, somebody from the Corporate Office, or maybe even one of the Owner's. I also asked her for a to go container along with a bag and some plastic silverware and she act like she didn't want to give those to me. The store was also filthy on the inside with trash on the floor and the Salesperson's were hanging out in the dining area as well as socializing, eating, and getting free money while they had a homeless person hangout in the store.They need to shut down and close that Waffle House for good.

Let me start by saying I didn't want Waffle House, but my four-year-old son would not let it go. He's a customer for life! The waffle was crispy, and the bacon was to my son's liking. For the two of us, it was under $30.00. GREAT SERVICE 👍

Just nasty! Outside purse on counter near my food. When I complained. April is working takeout says “your food has a lid on it”😫 I’m glad I seen this. Just imagine what they do that you can not see.🤢
The food was delicious as always but Waffle House has started charging service charges for to go orders. My problem is that the doors are locked and I didn't have an option to dine in. If you're restricting customers to ordering to go from the outside window then don't charge for to go orders!

I am not from Georgia but I hear so many things about Waffle House good and bad so I wanted to check things out for myself and the food was really good and the staff friendly and welcoming the Waffle House in Jonesboro Georgia right next to a chiropractor check this Waffle House out you will be glad you did
