Worst experience ever going through a drive up. Took almost 30 minutes, I had time, so that is why I even waitied that long. To top it off, I got my food, and it was cold??♂️. I didn't even pull off until they changed my meal. Definitely will never go back.

Can someone please start taking orders? Like where are y’all, waited in at the drive thru, when we got to the box no one said anything like what the heck happened to Wendy’s. And then someone took our order and now we got our food but what is wrong with fast food chain’s these days?

I think that the associate who prepares the mobile orders should be the same associate who hands them to the customer. Why is the front cashier (who was also on the drive-thru headset) expected to handle that as well?! There is a screen with order names listed that was not being utilized to communicate with customers that their order was 'Ready'. While I was waiting for a mobile order, I witnessed orders being prepared, sitting, and getting cold. Surely, there is a better process in place for this 'fast-food' restaurant.

I Went Last Night And Spent 30 dollars , on 3 meals all 3 burgers were pink omg it could’ve made us sick ! We took it back and the staff were horrible and her name was NATASHA NIGHT SHIFT ! She’s very rude won’t be going back
