I order my wings and fries crispy, but none of them were cooked correctly. When I reached out to the manager KeKe, her customer service was horrible. You would have thought it was her money being spent, the way the negativity was spewing out of her attitude.

This was my first time visiting this particular establishment. And I must say that I was not disappointed. I love the fact that they have a very extensive menu selection. You can order regular wings or a selection of all different types of tender, flavorful wings. They even have fish, fried corn on the cobb, and something called wow fries on the menu. I will definitely be back to try the other items. The only reason I gave them a four out of five is because the wings are a little small, but they made up for it by throwing in an extra wing.
Good wings at a good price no long wait when you do a call in order. Good customer service.

Picked up food for a friend. No one in there, no hello, smile, anything. Read a sign saying wait in your car. Should be ready in 15 minutes. When I went back in it had been sitting there. I was expecting the young lady to wave at me or something. NOTHING. I would never go back. I even tried to order tenders..they were out. Customer service was horrible.
I have been here three times in two weeks. I've tried three different flavors and in the picture that is the dirty box which means your fries are tossed in the same sauce as your wings. It's so good! Always piping hot. My food is ready in about 10 minutes each time. There isn't anywhere to sit; you just stand and wait for your friend which is fine with me. The music being played while waiting is great. I will continue to eat here if I am on this side of town!

I came on a Friday afternoon, and I was "HANGRY" for some good food ? I looked up wings in Jonesboro, and this came up near my location. Once there, I was recommended the honey lemon pepper ranch wings, and they did not disappoint. My meal on wheels hit the spot ? I will be back.

i got a delivery of 10 hot wings and 10 lemon pepper. they came pretty quick and were still warm but...... they were soooo small. the lemon pepper were salty and the hot wings had a strange taste. I'll try them again one day but i was disappointed. the reviews say they are good but everyone can have an off day and be unpredictable.
