I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

The food and service were great. I was immediately greet when I walked through the door. My food was ready when I walked in the door.
Atmosphere is always on point when I come in to door dash or to eat. You are always me at the door with welcome to wing stop. The Manager and employees are always cohesive and friendly.

I wanted to cancel my order because the food was taking too long after receiving attitude from their cashiers who look like kids, the manager told me I can’t refund my order. While waiting on the wing the young lady toss it down without any apology.The manager was very rude!!!!!!!!!! And try to be disrespectful after explaining my feelings with another customer. Please hire professional
