Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.
I've eaten here several times and they've always done right by me. I also always go there around 11am. Not sure what night shift is like. Morning crew always rocks.

Trashed the location on Seminary in Fort Worth
Each time I go the staff is polite. They eagerly compensate for any mistakes. Good customer service and fresh food.

Weeeellll. Coupon. Carryout. Online. Ordered standing at register, in restaurant. Soo why did the order get routed to ANOTHER freaking store??? Couldn't find it. Did not eat. It may be good. Great even. So pissed off went home for pizza rolls!!!

I asked for extra crispy wings , confirmed that with the cashier 2 times and waited 20 min for them ! I was served soggy soaking wet wings . The manager with the Jerry curl did nothing but complain the whole time I was in there . I ordered 2 tenders with my 6 piece soggy wet wings and was given a tender and 2 nuggets . I will not be back . Waited all that time for disgusting food .

Placed my order waiting for 15 minutes to drive down there got there and still waited for 20 minutes I seen them place my order on the rack and went inside and a lady that had been there before me was still waiting on her order I went back to my car and checked that I had received everything and of course like always I was missing my big ranch sauce and honey mustard that I payed for !!! Smh and she still had the nerve to ask me for a receipt like I hadn’t just been there seconds ago…

Had a horrible experience, walked in and the manager was sitting texting a long paragraph on her phone, literally stood there and watched her and decided to greet myself at that point. She responded seconds later and called an employee from the back to take my order....
Employee was obviously new and not trained at all, not to mention manager wasn't too interested in helping her either.
Got my food and checked it, ordered voodoo fries and instead got regular fries. Check your orders!!
They apologized and was in the process to make it when another lady came in and the manager decided that the order I got wasn't my right order (and it was) they just forgot the fries. Manager confused everybody and completely messed up the order.
I asked for a refund and even then it seemed like they don't know how to do a refund as it took around 5 minutes of them playing with the system.
Irritating. I went to the one on Stockbridge and they said hello immediately upon walking in. Mmm
