The food was prepared carefully, tasted good, and was fresh. The entire experience felt effortless and delightful from the moment we entered, and our waiter was attentive without being annoying.

This place needs to be investigated. I will do everything in my power to see it happen. Customer service is a complete joke. Customers are not treated equally. I saw the GM (Keira Glover) cussing at a customer while the other workers were trying to stop her while telling the customer she had just had a “bad day” They ended up giving the customer the money back and cookies while the customer was shaking all because they gave one customer a free sauce but would not offer her the same. She said she would leave a review and that is what caused the GM (Keira Glover) to start screaming and cussing. This is unacceptable it does not matter how hard your day has been you do not treat people that way no matter what. If you do not have self control in a high stress environment customer service is not the job for you. Do better Zaxbys.

My visit here was a pleasant one. It was relatively calm for a holiday. Kyle was efficient and hooked us up with great service. The food was great too.

The Cashier Front Counter with dreads in the front counter has good customer service welcomed me into zaxbys and had a big smile on his face. Definitely Would Come again!!!!!
