I shouldn’t have to wait in a long drive thru line for my inside-pickup order before the store closes. Doors are locked too early.

App shouldn’t let me do that, or y’all gotta keep ya doors unlocked when you’re open.

Don’t do curbside at this location. They don’t bring the food out. I had to go inside to get my order and saw a small roach crawling on the same counter my order was sitting on. Prior to this, I requested my fries to be remade since they were ice cold. That task alone took forever and while I was waiting the roach appeared. The worker tried to kill it with a napkin but she didn’t seem phased at all. I wish I would’ve thought to get a picture but my mouth was on the floor. After this ordeal, I requested a refund, which they denied. They said since I ordered online, I have to request a refund online. We will see how true that is when I call corporate. I left without making a scene but I’m simply disgusted and will never visit this location again. If they had brought the food out like they were supposed to, all of this could’ve been avoided but it was meant to happen so I could see how nasty this establishment is.

I sat in the line for 30 min just for them to tell me they only doing pick up and door dash orders. The lady who was on the headphone was real disrespectful about it like I was doing something to her. The imaginary rules and wrong closing time on the google business page lost my business permanently. I would tell everyone else who sees this not to rush wasting your time

Ordered the chicken taco tailgate pack with RANCH DRESSING, the receipt has Avo as sauce. When I got ready to eat ALL 9 tacos were the spicy chipotle. Called and spoke to GM and was told I couldn't get a REMAKE. As I was trying to explain, I was hung up on not once, not twice, but 12 times. One of the times I called a male who said he was the Manager said you can come up here all you want, but you will NOT get your order REMADE. Then he told me again that "I'm not going to remake your order ,....what you gonna do . Then hung up. I wasted $20 + tax of my hard earned money to not receive service paid for. Totally unprofessional and incompetent, they need to understand who PAYS THEIR SALARY.... without customers, quality food and service...NO JOB.

Food was good but the chicken fingers seem to be a bit smaller everytime we go there. The employee at the front was very nice. Food was ready in a short time. Not many people in the restaurant at the time. But it was early. We do love Zaxby's!

Parking: No problem. There are spaces all around the building.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. And kid meals, I think.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the curb to roll in.

I ordered TWO meals to be delivered to my house. Once the order arrived out was only one. I called the restaurant 23+ times and nobody picked up. This is uncalled for and something needs to be done.
