My husband just surprised me with a stop in on our way home from Florida vacation. Fried green tomatoes has been a favorite movie of mine ive seen so much I can quote it word for word. my sister and I visited today. we drove 3.5 hours for a bucket list visit. the staff was outstanding! and the food was even better! everything came out steaming hot (literally steaming), huge portions, and delicious! Fried Green Tomatoes was a favorite movie of ours growing up. and our visit rekindled that live of the movie!
The little town of Juliette is a great place to go and also see and eat in the Whistle Stop Cafe. Those Fried Green Tomatoes are fantastic. And this little town is where they filmed the movie. Nice day trip from Atlanta and Lawrenceville.
