Just fyi if you go to this or the Russell one, make sure to go behind the counter yourself and put the extra meat on there or you won’t get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO I GET A SANDWICH THAT LOOK ANOREXIC, after paying extra for meat.. anytime I have actually gotten the extra meat my sandwich is fat! This is ridiculous. If you don’t have the ingredients or something just say that but don’t make people pay for something that you keep leaving off..
Went today 10/7/22 admiringly at lunchtime knowing they would be busy. Dining area was full. Ordered one sandwich to go. Waited over 20 mins before checking on my order at the counter. Was able to see them make my sandwich. All was OK until the employee slapped my cheese on the bread cutting area on the stainless steel top (which was obviously soiled) while putting the meat on. I then observed said employee put the shear in the sandwich and send it through the toaster.

This is one of our favourite sub places Food is always fresh and delicious....today we were greeted when we came in and I want to give a special recognition to Carlos excellent employee !!!! He came out offered to refill our drinks get are trash and make sure that everything was good..... this town needs more employees like Carlos also everybody worked together as a team at this location make it a
