I came in last night during the dinner rush, but I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff was despite how busy they were. The bartender was easy going, professional, and quickly got our drinks to us. Wonderful service, and delicious food!

Black Barley is my go-to for everything fun! They have the absolute BEST burgers, wings, salads, and so much more. Don’t even get me started on their draft selection and mixed drinks. You’d be hard- pressed to find more dynamic and customer-focused staff at BB. They go out of their way to make sure that your experience there is the best one possible. Whether you’re there solo, with a group of friends, or family with kids, you can expect great service from happy, smiling staff. They are open Tuesday-Sunday, with Happy Hour specials Tuesday and Wednesday, all day Thursday and Sunday, and the most incredible $1.00 wings on Wednesday’s. There’s always sports on the multiple TV’s, both inside and in the covered patio area. BB is my Cheers, and it should be yours, too!

The food is consistently good. Usually go for burgers and soft pretzels. Can’t comment on the alcoholic drink selection, non drinker here. It can be busy at times, but the workers do a great job keeping things running, and getting orders out as quick as they can. Never had an issue with an order. 🍔🥨

I’ve been coming here weekly for over a year and always enjoyed it—the food is consistently great, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun.

Unfortunately, my experience during a recent college football Saturday was disappointing. I asked if one of the TVs showing the same West Coast game could be switched to the Miami–Florida game. Our server was understandably busy, but when I asked the hosts, I was told they were “too busy,” even though one was just standing at the host stand on his phone. When I pressed further, I was told it was a manager’s rule and that I should take my food to go if I wanted to watch that game.

Oddly, about 10 minutes later, someone else at the bar asked and the channel was switched instantly. When I asked what had changed, the host responded dismissively. After dinner, the manager came out—apparently looking for me after being given the wrong table number—and instead of clarifying, ended up confronting me in the parking lot, which left me really uncomfortable.

It’s a shame, because I’ve loved coming here, but this experience left me questioning whether customer requests are taken seriously and whether management handles situations fairly. I’d still recommend the food and servers, but if you’re planning to watch specific games on Saturdays, be prepared for potential frustration.

Food was very good. We had the fried cheese curds, assorted sauced traditional smoked wings, and the blackberry burger, and Also had the smoked old fashion, which was very good. Wednesday they have $1 wings.

This was my first time going to Black Barley and it was more than what I expected! I mean, my friend and I were treated with so much respect from the time we entered the door. The young guy who greeted us (host) was so polite. The server was on point, and the food/drinks knocked our socks off. Man, it was so delicious!!!!! The restaurant was very clean and others dining around us were pleasant. We will definitely be returning!! Thanks so much you guys!

It was my first time coming here. The food was phenomenal. It was $1 wing day so I had to try the wings and the fried pickles. The service was great. I will definitely be coming back!

I love everything about this place. My husband and I went there for lunch yesterday and ordered three appetizers. We had the Grown-up- adilla with a side of tots, Brussel sprouts, and the southwest egg rolls. Everything was so good. We would normally have leftovers with that much food, but we finished every bite. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the server’s name, but she was very friendly and personable and demonstrated a sense of urgency. She took very good care of us. I haven’t been there for dinner recently, but I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch.
