The food is always wonderful freshly made but WHY DO YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. even if you can’t take the order over the phone atleast be respectful and let someone know. Some people don’t get that long of a lunch break to have to drive place the order and wait for the order! I’ve been calling since 10:45 I finally get someone to pick the phone up just for them to hang it up in my face!!! And I don’t want to spend EXTRA money for DoorDash nor UberEats!

Food was HORRIBLE, DRY, HARD, AND OLD. The wings were not fresh. I called the store multiple times to inform them and gave them every single detail about my order including the time, date, \\u0026 amount spent. The female manager was rude to me and told me she couldn’t do anything about it after I informed her I wasn’t given a receipt. She proceeded to argue with me. I offered to show her the charge on my bank statement. I’m pretty sure the night staff that packaged my order remembers my order because they didn’t bother to put in effort into making sure the food was eatable. I would not recommend eating from this location. They offered me no type of compensation after I’ve spent money here multiple times and once I address a bad order nothing done about it.

Wings are some of the best I've had in the South. I'm not sure what they put in their Buffalo sauce, but it is incredible. Only real complaint is the price, but everything seems to be a bit more expensive these days.

Wings are good if you can get your order in. My only gripe with them ever had been taking phone orders. I’ve called back to back 20 times thinking maybe it’s me and my phone. However after this happened about 4-5 times it’s def something wrong with their phones or their employees not wanting to answer the phone. Disappointed , considering customer service is usually great and food .

I've never been disappointed from this location. The young guy at the register is always welcoming and friendly , the food comes out fast and hot even during a rush & their philly's are the absolute best !!

I went in to get food to go and both of the cashiers were rude, no one was answering the phone and the two cashiers were having an atitude with me and they got my order wrong, there was also a doordasher waiting and they gave their order wrong as well.That's totally unacceptable they should get fired and im calling corporate.
