The food was nasty. The chicken fajita was soggy. The whole dine in experience was just mediocre. Applebees isn't what it use to be. I won't be back.

Went here about a week ago, and the food was cooked very well and tasted good too. It wasn't very busy (granted I was there fairly early), and the waitress that attended my table was very attentive and courteous. I left very satisfied in terms of both quality and service!

Horrible service!!! Placed an order on 11/3/24, at 12:14 for 12:30pm. I had used a gift card and the tax on my card via online order for car side service. Got to the parking lot at 12:28 and hit arrived. Waited two minutes until 12:30, when a red head female came out with a receipt to sign apparently from the credit card form which I thought was odd since it was an online order but whatever. The lady seemed annoyed that I had not put a card tip and I said it wouldn’t be card, but cash instead. She huffed and went back inside. Mind you I only ordered the cheese and chicken fries so I was surprised the order wasn’t out yet. She came back out and said a few minutes for it to be ready. The parking lot looked dead but I assumed maybe a lot of online orders. At 12:34, I finally got my order. To be shock, IT WAS COLD ?. I waited 6 mins in the parking lot and 4 past the scheduled time for cold food. You can literally see the cheese had hardened. I asked for extra utensils online but only got one. I had an appointment I needed to get to asap but could not believe I got just cold food AFTER WAITING FOR IT. I tried to get the females attention and she says “the Ute tails are in there” and when I said it was cold what the world happened, “she didn’t care bc I didn’t tip”…. FIRST OFF, you don’t have to tip and second I was going to give cash as I didn’t have any on card to give. SECOND, don’t make people wait for COLD FOOD and expect it to go over well. I didn’t have time to go inside to talk to a manager or I would have. Food had to be thrown out as it was cold. Never again Applebees, this was horrendous service

11-02-2024 … my wife & I went around 4/5:30pm & when I tell yall the food was FRESH… from the appetizers to the entrees EVERYTHING was FRESH, HOT & seasoned … the cook was Alex this day.. we definitely coming back the days he work

"Shi Shi" (the Hostess with the mostest) last minute accommodated for a group of 10, ensuring we had plenty of space for a surprise birthday dinner. I can't remember our server's name BUT she was AWESOME!!!

They are really fast when ordering and have sweet people. They have wonderful food, especially their wings. It's the best restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Whenever there is an achohalic drink that has gummy, then the waiters creates a kid version without any alcohol. So the kids can enjoy the good gummy. If u ever want a happy family resturaut. Go to applebees.

My family and I have been going here for years. Food is good. Service is nice. Bathrooms are clean. Salads, appetizers, entrees, and dessert were delicious. It's always been a pleasant experience at this location. Very good oldies music too!

The food is way better than what they serve in Florida the service is great there are not enough stars to give more but this is the best place to have a good dinner or lunch and waitress was so kind and humble

The food is good but there is not enough service, inside there are only 3 tables with people and they tell us to wait 5 minutes to give us a table, 10 minutes passed and they didn't give us a better one I left the food we like it a lot we always go to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries but now I see that there is no longer good service.

I came in with my kids this evening and William was our server! He was so attentive to me and my 2 children. We all know how going to dinner with kids can be and he made our experience go very smoothly. Drinks, food, refills, and making sure we didn’t need anything during our visit multiple times! Thank you William ! We will be back because of you ?
